My first time and due to a sick doggy who went to the vet, was given a puppy cup of foam to make him feel better. And my drink made me feel better too. Thank you for caring for our little sick dog. Took puppy to McDonald’s after a difficult veterinarian visit, and smelled yummy food expecting chicken nuggets, and doggy was met at drive thru window by THE GRENCH!! He sunk low in his seat, as I laughed out loud. Then after a nugget pickup, went to your store and met a smiling face with a sweet puppy cup treat for doggy. What a wonderful day.

I wanted something which wasnt on their menu. The lady there helped me makeup my drink and was super friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely lady. I then went to the drive through window to pay and the gentleman there was friendly and made jokes and we made our exchanges. My drink was perfect and the staff there was above and beyond!! Amazing location and honestly probably the best Starbucks yet! Thank yall so much and keep up the amazing customer service skills!

I seen 3 employees in store they are working excellent for drive through. No one care about front costumers I ordered one vanilla latte and croissant,they took literally 25m and gave wrong order gave hot chocolate

I’m a student in nursing school and I spend hours at a time here. I can name 2 times when Mario and Cole have come up and asked me if a just wanted a water. I thought it was very thoughtful of them because I had been going for hours. Mario ensured even with me staying here late that I was going to be safe! Mario has a vision of bring more people from the community in and uniting people, the service here is great and I think more people should come and sit in for a bit

This Starbucks is hands down the best location! The store is always spotless, the atmosphere feels so welcoming, and the staff is truly the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. Drinks are always made perfectly and taste amazing every single time. By far my favorite Starbucks location!

All the years I’ve been going to Starbucks. This is the first time I had a hard time ordering 2 venti French vanilla ice coffee. The guy was lost didn’t know how to do the order and then we finally get our drinks and tasted horrible. Will never stop there again on my way out of town. Coffee not sweet, have no idea what was made.

Coffee was delicious of course. Employees were professional yet interactive. Unfortunately I ran into one snag when ordering in advance
At this store a customer does NOT have the ability to advance order their coffee. The area with the clock that the customer SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE order for pick up at customers convenience- will only allow customers to order 3 to 7 minutes in advance. No more.
When I ran across this issue I called the Navasota store manager, I was told I’d have to wait and place my online order when I was 10 minutes away from being ready to pick up my order. Since I was driving from my home in Bremond to my granddaughters by volleyball tournament in Anderson, I wanted my coffee to be prepared and ready so app I had to do was pick up the cup and walk out. In order to do this I set an alarm on my own cell phone so I would remember to place the order with 10 minutes time. Other than this tiny snag everything was in order!

First they said the scanner isn’t working. Then they asked us to park out front for two tall lattes. Then we watched 4 cars leave with their orders. Went inside and no one had a clue about our order and we were asked to show proof. But with no scanner and no receipt we had to hope the girl at the window remembered us. She did and said she thought we got our drinks already. We asked for our money back and left.
