This is my go-to Starbucks—the employees are always nice and attentive. But today’s review is for Ms. DANA, a true ONE TEAM woman! I came in on Sun Oct 5 at 1:15PM, and even though the store was busy with many customers already served, she greeted me right away with eye contact and a smile. She was working completely alone and still managing everything so smoothly When someone works this hard, they deserve to be seen and appreciated. Whoever reviews the cameras or reads these reviews should recognize how amazing she was *wink *wink AND have a better system for their employees (no one should work as a whole staff for the salary of one) Coffee is a big part of my life, and I keep coming back to this Starbucks because of the great service & vibe. Thank you for your work Ms. Dana, great job!

Extremely friendly baristas and staff! Decaf Americano was great, and it’s so nice to be able to add your own sugar again. Nice patio area here too. Great spot!

Gaven is awesome! He was running things on his own for a little bit and still kept everything moving quickly. On top of that, he was super kind, personable, and just had such a positive vibe with everyone he talked to. He totally made my day, and I’m sure he did the same for others. Such a great guy!

The Barista argued with me that she didn’t put syrup in my drink. When you drink the same drink every day, you know. I asked her to remake it and she eye rolled me still insisting that she didn’t put in a sweetener. You can completely taste the difference but she tried to blame it on the cold Foam and wip. No ma’am, remake it but no sugar in my iced espresso please.
