I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your Starbucks location on December 26, 2025, at approximately 4:20 PM.

This particular store consistently has long drive-through wait times, often approaching an hour. On this occasion, I chose to go inside after waiting, only to encounter what I felt was unfriendly and dismissive customer service, which differs significantly from the standard experience I expect at Starbucks.

When I respectfully shared my concerns with the manager on duty, his response was alarming and unprofessional. He sarcastically raised his voice and repeatedly shouted, “I’m sorry you feel that way. Have a great day,” continuing to yell as I was walking out the door. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.

Additionally, while waiting for our drinks (we had already placed and paid for an order of three beverages), I allowed my six-year-old niece to go inside to request a pup cup. A staff member spoke to her in a harsh and inappropriate manner, telling her that she could not receive a pup cup without placing an order. While the employee may not have been aware that an order was already placed, the tone used toward a young child was unnecessary and concerning.

I also feel compelled to share that, as a person of color, my experiences at this location have made me uncomfortable. I have not observed other customers being treated in a similar manner, which adds to my concern.

I am bringing this to your attention because I value Starbucks and believe in the importance of respectful, welcoming customer service—especially toward children and all members of the community. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

They gave us the wrong coffee for my husband! On a rainy day all he wanted was a warm coffee and received a over ice one! We didn’t return because it took for ever to get our order, so we just left with it. Plus I felt so unconfortable with the employee who make my coffee because there was a girl with a dog puppy inside the building and the employee aproach her and touch the dogs mouth and face and continúe doing my coffee without washing her hands. They need to have more personal training here and be more aware of cleanless. My cup had a hair in the lid where I was drinking, from the dog or the employee who knows but I didn’t drink it. Y’all can do better, Y’all a millionaire company!!!

I have attended Starbucks for as long as this store have been here. I stop coming . Because of customer service. 2/23/2026 11:30am I was not please with the sick staff working around food. Who said he wanted to go home. So my drink by friends was not made to standard. It was half done. I was very disappointed when I asked that it be made over because it was not made like I asked and the topping was horrible looking . I was over question over and over well what’s wrong with it. After I stated .I asked for a refund. For the drinks.

This Starbucks is in an old converted restaurant. There is a lot of room, but not very clean. Service is kind of slow. Bathrooms were very dirty and the music is ridiculously loud at all times.

Stopped by on Labor Day morning. The barista taking orders greeted and smiled at everyone in front of me but completely ignored me — no greeting, no eye contact, not even a word while I ordered. I understand working on a holiday isn’t easy, but the difference in treatment made me feel really uncomfortable. I usually love Starbucks and respect how hard the baristas work, but this experience was disappointing and made me not want to come back to this location

I doordash and i refuse to take orders from this Starbucks because they clearly can’t do the 1 job they’re there to do. 30 minute wait times, poor management of employees, and just overall lack of customer service. They’re more invested in their conversations than actually putting your order together and when they finally do, they are always out of something or other. Even when they’re 100% staffed it’s always 20+minutes waiting for 2 items. Hell no.

We placed our order via the App. Arrived and checked in, then waited for our order. A portion of the order was completed, requiring us to wait in queue for the portion of the order dropped. The baristas attitude was over the top, and she clearly didn’t want to be there! We remained calm, deciding instead to never return to this highly dysfunctional Starbucks! You lose Starbucks…baristas are allowed a bad day from time to time, but unfortunately this is a recurring theme at this establishment!!!

It’s been a while since I went to Starbucks. My spouse and I decided to go and got a Grande Lavender Latte and a Grande White Chicolate Mocha. When I went to take my first sip, it felt a bit lighter than expected. I opened up the cup to find it not even a full cup. Almost like the elf under the shelf decided to get a sip before it was handed out the window. I feel very disappointed.

My spouse got the same but had already was drinking it before I noticed my drink and asked if it was the same. For what you pay these days,
