Everytime I come & go from this location I am greeted with a smile and kind words. AJ & Jackie are wonderful and super sweet! I come to study and enjoy the cushioned seats and a long table where I can charge my appliances if necessary.

Always very nice service and good drinks. Sometimes they can be slower than other locations but they give you good stuff for the wait. I would rather wait to have a great coffee than one rushed out the door. Great place friendly staff.

I go to coffee shops to work. This one is fairly close to where I live so I’ve started coming here often.
I’m not a coffee connoisseur, so I don’t have much to say in terms of the drinks. I like everything I’ve gotten (chai latte, mocha, etc).
Atmosphere can be lively during rush hour, but isn’t distracting.
Staff is AWESOME! It’s the reason I’m writing this review. Everyone is super friendly and tries to get to know your name. Nick, the main manager as far as I can tell, is super cool and gave me some homemade cookies this morning just to be friendly. 11/10 they were delicious.
Only thing I wish was fixed was adding a left turn lane from 6. I come from the west side and have to make a u-turn to avoid getting hit from behind lol. Not really something that can be changed I suppose, but figured I’d mention it.

Was driving thru and needed a chai latte. They made it perfect! I have had trouble with some Starbucks around where I live not using Oat Milk in my latte and I am lactose intolerant. I think his name was Andrew, he made absolutely sure to use the right milk substitute. Best chai latte I have gotten in a long time. Thanks for taking care of me!

I always go and get the same drink. Almost every day at multiple starbucks from alvin to sugarland and I went to this location. And the manager said she wanted to charge me for a latte. Because I wanted it filled up to the top I have never in my life Have been charged Like that before. And when I went to give my order. She got the drink wrong. It was a manager named Genesis. I even told her to charge me extra for the oat milk. Because that’s what most places do since i want extra oat milk. But she argued with me for about 3 minutes and told me. No, this is how it’s done take it or leave it. And then when I got my drink. It’s not even filled to the top. And that’s why I paid extra for a (latte) to have it filled to the top. This was the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks and I am a loyal customer. This is my Google review. I’m reaching out to corporate as well because that is unacceptable how I was just treated!! no manager should ever do that!! Take it or leave it?I manage a staff of 40 myself that is unacceptable. How I was just treated. And the fact my drink wasn’t even filled up after I paid extra!?

I’m over this Starbucks location and it’s only been open less than a year. I ordered 1 drink, white chocolate mocha, non fat NO foam, they made it twice and it was still wrong. They pour so much foam and leave a lot of coffee out of the cup. They asked if I wanted them to make it again for the 3rd time, I said no. I feel like if you couldn’t get it right the first time let alone the second time after being told what was wrong, why would the 3rd time be any different. I came to this place 6 months ago and had the same problem. Very frustrating to not get a full cup of coffee for the amount I paid. The pictures show how much coffee is in my cup after I took the foam off myself out side next to my car.
