I don’t understand why every Time I have gone to this location. It’s either poor service and good coffee or poor coffee and good service. You can never get both at the same time. Ever since the last manager left several months ago, this store has gone downhill. I won’t be back. Quit hiring kids that don’t want to be there. And if you’re going to hire them, show them how to make coffee. .Ugh.

I will literally never use this location again! The gal working today was horrible! When we ordered the lavender iced matcha drink, she literally rolled her eyes and said “oh god”! Who says that to a customer?! I work in customer service and was absolutely stunned. Then on top of it all… she made it horribly with barely any lavender cold foam. Not to mention the line of people that accumulated well after we ordered. The other gal just sat there and slowly put some stock away, while leaving customers unattended. Smh

Took this store three times to get my order right. Orders a coffee without whip and still got a coffe with whip…. said let me remake it for you only to just scoop out the whip…. took her 5 minutes to do that. And then expected me to accept it …. and then had the nerve to have a passive aggressive attitude because she messed up my order…. unacceptable….

I hate to lop off a star, because the people here were engaging and engaged. I had a couple of really interesting conversations. Unfortunately, the coffee (I drink plain dark roast, no sugar or cream) was not up to the usual Starbucks quality. I go for the consistent flavor and body, and the couple of times I stopped here were just not there. Maybe I stopped on a couple of bad days; or maybe they just need to pay some attention to cleaning the coffee-brewer, I don’t know. I hope they figure it out, though, because as I said the people were great.
