I put the drink review under food. I had an iced chai latte with 1 espresso shot. I got a glass of milk on the rocks. It’s a Starbucks. They were swamped inside and the drive through window had 20 cars lined up. That said, I’ve had better chai there. The service was great despite the crowd and it was a good coffee shop vibe. The drink was ehhhh but not bad.

Me and my husband love coming to this Starbucks location because the staff is really amazing even when very busy. I come in both Drive-through and Café mostly during the evenings or at night and I just wanna shoutout my favorite barista Yolonda cuz she’s just amazing and really brings out her energy from when I walk in til I walk out. Even when it’s slammed and packed I can see her moving around and helping her co workers with drinks and food so, I think she deserves some recognition. Thank you Starbucks for hiring this sweet girl:)

Drinks are usually on point…I ordered in the app for drive through POOR DECISION on my end thinking they would do it properly especially working in a FOOD environment but I understand this happens when children are running the place. When a drink looks wrong you should re make it especially when I waited in line because yall weren’t working quick enough with demand! I understand drinks separate especially with certain ingredients but when a PAYING customer comes in and asks if it can be remade then you are usually polite but Jules is extremely rude had an attitude off the rip so in my opinion SHE KNEW IT WASNT DONE CORRECTLY!

Ordered my drink ahead of time on the mobile app which is usually very quick. Took them way too long to make it and when I was waiting the whole 10min not one worker greeted me or asked what order I was waiting on. The customer service was non existent this morning.

Every time I come here the staff is so friendly! The manager needs to go!!! She’s rude to the wonderful staff, she’s rude to the customers… today there is a literal emergency, the plumbing was backed up. The manager is outside smoking sitting down talking to her boyfriend… for 20 plus minutes while the line is backed up out onto the street. Employees came in on their days off and the manager is relaxing an outside smoking. She’s always on the phone..: usually screaming profanities in front of the customers, including my 2 kids. It’s horrific. She’s so gross and I can tell the whole energy of the room walks when she walks in. Completely toxic.
