Jasmine is one of best baristas.
Very fast and friendly even on busy days.
We came in we made an order and we went to grab our order.
That’s when an employee by the name of ” Rose ” asked us to stay away from the station where the drinks usually are which absolutely okay and reasonable however there was few problems with her asking us to move.
First of all we were on the side roughly 4 – 5 feet away from the drink station. Second the store was absolutely dead with orders there was actually NO ONE around us.
She had no right to ask, however we actually stepped back. At this point this situation should have been over but NOOO .” Rose ” went a step further and said ” this is our personal space ” I have no idea what the means because she’s currently working on the other side of the counter far far far away from us. Im still lost on how we were in her personal space but no problem weird but OKAY! This issue doesn’t not end there. After receiving our drink the drink was not how we accept it but no problem its ok at this point we just wanted our drink.
We asked for a boba because our drink had pieces of chocolate in it. BUT no the answer was we can not give you a boba straw because you don’t have a boba drink.
Her and another employee went on for about a minute arguing with us about a straw after we spent $7.85 dollars. They did not give us a straw until I pulled out my phone to record the incident. That’s when they gave us thr straw while meaning us feel like we have won the lottery. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from Rose. Beyond horrible.
From a business standpoint you should not lose $7.85 for a straw that’s roughly $0.05 or $0.10. It seems like this person doesn’t not have any care for customers.
