It’s an alright Starbucks location. I just try to avoid this if I can because center street is so busy at times and the spot this building is in is a bit challenging to maneuver in a car, especially with others trying to get in line or rush in to get drinks. When I enter I do not get greeted and it can be a little messy inside, but I understand it can get busy here!

I just feel they are not pay attention.
Came into the Starbucks and was the only person in line there was 5 people working behind the desk. No one even vaguely showed interest in taking my order for 10 minutes. I ordered and waited the person looked at me directly across the counter from them and then proceeded to walk to the far end of the counter and put the coffee on the counter and call out Black Cofee ! The same who had taken my order 1 minute earlier
I feel as if they just are not pay attention. I sat and worked for an hour in the store and there was very little traffic, but the pictures are of table that were like that when I walked in and walked out about hour later.
They are very nice people – I just hope this review can be a little push for them to pay a little more attention

I went in on Sunday and I ordered a sugar cookie latte. I did not enjoy that. I went to the register and let them know I did not like it and asked if I could get something else. Lana was so kind and understanding. Not only did she let me switch out my drink free of charge but she asked me what flavors I like and made me a sample of something she drinks that she said I may like and it has now become my new regular order! Love the girls at this location but I want to give a special thanks to Lana for the new drink.

If I’m paying for a 7 dollar drink it shouldn’t taste like straight milk. I have ordered a matcha from this location twice now the first time it was like a third of foam and tasted like milk no matcha what so ever. The second time was today, i asked for a matcha latte light ice with vanilla. I was given a hot drink that’s almost white, I told the barista it isn’t what I ordered and she rolled her eyes at me. This location is every rude, and don’t make drinks correctly.

The rudeness at this store is completely unnecessary. I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes with silence because the car in front of me left me about a foot away from the board. That’s fine. I waited until I could officially pull up. Once I did there was still silence so knowing that this person had had at least 5 minutes prior of not taking an order I said hello? After one minute. Then got an incredibly snippy response and THEN had “patience is key” written on my cup. Just not necessary when the drive thru person had at least 6 minutes of not taking a single order.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for the past 5 years. I get the same coffee everyday. The past 2 mornings my coffee has was so terrible that it wasn’t drinkable. This morning I had the time to return it.
Not only was the coffee sour. It had a thick gelatinous layer floating on the top of the coffee. It had the consistency of a thick gravy. So upsetting not being able to go to the Starbucks local to me any longer.

This is a solid three-star Starbucks. I’m going to recommend Starbucks do away with in-store music. It does nothing to improve the experience for the customer. Most people hanging out in a Starbucks more than a couple of minutes are either trying to get work done or they are having a conversation. I dare say zero people go to Starbucks for entertainment. Starbucks are already noisy, normal coffee shop noises, but the music on top of it, especially at this Starbucks with a lot of bass and a repeating loop of what sounded like a drum line, rapidly becomes maddening.
Otherwise, this Starbucks served its purpose. The drink tasted good, the dining room was clean, no vagrants living inside or outside, and the bathroom was nice. It’s long past time to either keep the hand sanitizer containers stocked or remove them.

i have ordered from this starbucks 10-15 times because it’s close to my work. i am not exaggerating when i say they’ve gotten my order wrong every. single. time. today they put a frappucino label (which i ordered) on a hot drink (which i did not order). it feels deliberate at this point.

today i went in the morning and the girl in the window with the gold nose piercing was not kind the only thing that is good about this starbucks is that it’s close to where i live , everytime i go here the girls working there always look like they hate there life’s . they don’t smile and they’re not kind the drinks are fine but they really need to work on there customer service .

Completely dissatisfied, i ordered a venti Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and as soon as the barista was done with it i could quickly spot it was not what I usually get i went ahead and tried it and it sure wasn’t so i asked to get a remake and a very nice guy goes ahead and does such thing and again absolutely not what its supposed be both were coffee were trash. Will for sure not be coming back to this location.
