Someone here is highly sarcastic. I paid for extra Carmel drizzle and was handed a drink without it. So, naturally I asked them “can you please line the cup for me” and this is what I was handed. I asked the lady in the drive thru, “is this sarcasm?” And she said “No, you asked us to line the cup.” I said “that’s fine, I’m coming inside.”
I suppose it was the manager who remade my drink & gave me a gift card, but the crew inside left a bad taste in my mouth. How is this drink not visibly sarcastic with over an inch of caramel? I attached the drink that was remade (thank you so much to the lady) but whew the attitude from the crew (specifically one person) was uncalled for. Hopefully management takes care of it because I am not the person to have to “take my drink inside” however this is the most distasteful experience I have EVER had with a Starbucks employee. Who the duck is drinking a drink with that much caramel? Like SERIOUSLY?

The sweet young black lady in the drive-thru made my whole day, her vibes and attitude is just off the charts and 10/10 needs a raise! not to mention look at the absolute Art they’ve created for me, insuring me that it’s completely okay to ask for a lot sometimes! Beautiful people, beautiful energy.

Today was my first time picking up my online order at this specific location. I waited to only be asked in a condescending, unprofessional manner “are you going to order something?” my response. “Ummm of course I’m in the drive through I was just waiting for someone to say hello, …..i am here to pick up my online order for Michell” maybe some customer service professional development training may be needed here. I’ve experienced so much more better service even in Houston Starbucks….. 7 months later same… I’m so used to excellent service at other locations. This location just doesn’t have the same policy standards. Never a stopper, never napkins, made my frozen drink a liquid one so had to request a new one and a barista stated probably melted waiting for it to be picked up. No it will not melt in 7 minutes.. yall just have low quality service.. I’ve always paid 1 or 2 extra shots in my latte and it doesn’t taste the same like I’ve had at other locations!

I love the atmosphere of this place! The seating, decor, and ambience is perfect for relaxing and getting some work done. I have come many times, and the employees are considerate and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to sip a coffee and get some studying in!

Ordered pick up and didn’t realize my drink was half full until I returned to work. I’m not sure if they spilled it or someone drank out of it and sat it back on the counter but this is totally unacceptable!
