My boyfriend is alwaysss picking us up drinks from this location all the time. Literally never ever disappoints. I’ve gone to many Starbucks in my life and they are always so stingy with my cold foam and caramel but geez this place 10/10 they always perfect our drinks especially my caramel macchiato. I love whoever makes my drinks and whoever the hiring team & training team is lol.

Well thanks for that ridiculous reply- 1) I went through the drive thru and 2) we had already headed back to the other town. You know, Starbucks has a reputation for great tasting beverages and trained baristas- so I shouldn’t have had to go back to get a simple hot chocolate remade!!!!!

I have been in a couple of times at this location and have noticed one barista wearing a dog collar, meowing and playing with small animal toys?!? The other workers seem to be fed up with it and I can only imagine what goes on when the store is empty. Very odd experience at this location. I just can’t imagine how other guests feel comfort in how their coffee is being made

Worst service ever. Two employees in slow motion for everything. 5 minute stop for lemonade turned into 20 because they couldn’t be bothered with lobby orders. Just filling the drive thru orders and there were only two cars that came through. Other people in front of me waited longer because they ordered food. Drive past this location to the next one because I never had this much trouble elsewhere

Nice new location! The inside is spotless. I am a Starbucks Partner and I was visiting my boyfriend so I decided to try out this location. Everyone was super nice, they brought me my food, and drinks when they were very busy with a smile. Which you don’t have to when busy but they did! But my drinks and food were BOMB! I thought I would try this. Starbucks tonight was very disappointed. Ask for a caramel ribbon crunch. It looked nothing like a caramel. Riven, crunch, ask for the cup to be lined. It was not no crunch, no line cup, and on top of it. When I received it, the entire upper lid was empty. Like somebody else had Already knocked all the whipped cream off of it. No caramel on top, no whipped cream.Surely disappointed in this place will not be returning and I suggest other people to be cautious

I love Santa Fe Starbucks. The employees are always friendly, everything is clean, and it is the easiest Starbucks to access (not in a busy intersection and doesn’t share parking with another business).

Great staff! Super sweet! Always gives me the correct things with a smile. Only complaint I don’t see why your employees are not aloud to have nail polish or nails doesn’t make much since considering basically every establishment allows them they just have rules on length.
