Awesome, this ‘bucks is just down the way from a hotel I stay at in Stafford. The crew here is always on point. Every day my quad tall 1 pump white mocha is made to spec. Keep it up, you’re in contention for the best corporate coffee shop location in the lower 48, IMHO! Have I said awesome? Thanks for make me feel like I’m home when away from home. Good looking out. i never come here but my drive-thru experience was really nice. they ran out of matcha so i tried ordering something but i forgot the name of and the guy was quick and friendly enough to figure it out with me. its basically a double chocolate-ity something and they used to have a button for it but he had to customize it for me which was really nice and helpful. i also ordered a cheese danish and i loved that he had to communicate to check if they still had some left. when he was busy with other customers, the lovely lady who made my drink made sure i had a straw. we should all appreciate experienced, attentive, hard working, and friendly starbucks workers. i will always remember that this place had nice service. P.S. i know sometimes service workers read the reviews, to the guy who was considerate enough to tell me to take a photo of the sticker on my drink, i think u guys forgot to put the sticker on here so i couldnt take your suggestion but at least i get to come back to go to get the drink figured out again HAHAHAHA Thank you so much !

I come here often because it’s the closest to my place and I have been extremely disappointed every time lately. Last time I ordered a matcha latte and they filled my cup with half of the cold foam, so this time I ordered a matcha latte without cold foam and they filled the entire cup with ice so I still only had about 5 drinks of matcha. Crazy I’m paying more than a dollar per sip. The service has also went downhill in the past couple months. They move super slow, aren’t as friendly and making poor quality drinks. Definitely not returning to this location I’d rather go to Tim Hortons at this point.

Just had a 5 star Starbucks experience here mid afternoon on a Saturday. Hopefully those bad reviews are a thing of the past and just the growing pains of a new location. Great location, plenty of parking, and plenty of seating room, inside and out. Correct order. Tasty brew. Squeaky clean.

Ordered a drink I get almost every day however, I never really come in the after noon… salted caramel cream cold brew with two shots of expresso added with only one pump of syrup. My drink came NO ICE and lots of cold foam. Staff wouldn’t remake when asked instead, I was asked to try it. Overall taste is ok but it is not how it is usually. It’s also not cold and not strong enough which defeats the whole point of paying extra for expresso and for a cold drink.

This is a new Starbucks so I decided to stop by. The store manger was super friendly. I got the dragon fruit mango refresher. The staff is super nice. The service was quick. This location is very spacious. There is also nice patio seating.

My wife was in need of a frozen blended thingy and Starbucks is consistent in the prep of these goodies and this one was nearby. I enjoyed a hot cappuccino and helped my wife with her drink…not that she needed it. It was crowded and took awhile but they were both made very well and it the spot.
