The team here is always friendly and welcoming! My drink is made just the way I like it every time, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff go above and beyond to make sure customers feel appreciated—it really makes a difference.

This Starbucks used to be full of joy and excitement and kindness. Now it’s just a dud 🙁 I’m not sure what changed but the employees look like they hate their lives all the time and their greetings feel empty. I saw a toddler drop her egg box one time and it busted open before she even sat to eat, they REFUSED to give her another one. Kinda crazy for a huge name like SB. If a quick pickup is what u need it’s fine but if u need a vibe skip this location.

Location is a 10+. Right in the heart of Hughes Landing on the corner of restaurant row. It’s a very small location with about six or seven outdoor tables. Not the greatest place to study. Unless you like chaos. The biggest advice I have is to always mobile order before you come here. It’s hit or miss. Today I mobile ordered and I still had to wait about 15 minutes. On a beautiful day it can be very busy. Some of the baristas are extremely nice and some are very standoffish. It’s hard to tell what you’re going to get when you walk in here. overall it’s a very clean newer design location, but I can’t quite give it to five stars. Located near Whole Foods area lots to see and do Wish it were bigger I guess

Kaylee and Sebastian were so kind and considerate of my allergies! Kaylee went above and beyond to make sure they could accommodate my nut allergy. So grateful for their kindness and my drink is delicious!

Fantastic quality and staff. Very unfortunately let down by the horribly overzealous mall cops in the area. If you leave your car outside for more than 10 minutes, the tow truck is on the way,

THIS STARBUCKS ALWASY HAS FRESH BAKERY FOODS, BREAKFAST SANDWICHES, BAGLES, PLENTY IN STOCK WHICH IS HARD TO FIND AT OTHER Starbucks. Staff is extremely friendly and like all Starbucks locations they go out of their way to make you feel like you are having the best experience. Plenty of indoor seating and outdoor. Their pup cups are my favorite with my German Shepherd! She loves the pup cup!

Unhappy with the service! The young man working in this location on thanksgiving got my order wrong. After telling him to correct it he got an attitude and preceded to work on 5 other orders before correcting mine. If you are Hispanic keep this in mind because they skip your order based on how you look!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. My wife politely asked for a cup of water, and despite it being a quiet time with no rush, the staff refused. We’re aware of Starbucks’ new policy, but it felt cold and unwelcoming, especially when nearly every other café around gladly offers free water, and some even serve fruit-infused water as a basic courtesy.
Starbucks used to stand out for its hospitality, but this kind of rigid attitude really makes you question whether it’s worth coming back. Very poor customer experience.

Nice location but the staff seems unprofessional and burnt out and put on a fake mask…the fake nice from a male employee earlier seemed passive aggressive to me and I should know I used to live in Seattle for 10 years. The coffee I ordered came clumpy for some reason with the milk they used and had a sour taste to it….going to give this place one more shot because the location is nice but that is it….side note: I do notice many of the customers that come here are try hards and snobby wannabes so that is another minus. Also, maybe the staff is burnt out on these rude elitist regulars? Still giving a single star for now because the mediocre sarcastic customer service still stands and the coffee I got was below average. I have ordered the same drink hundreds of times in 30 years and today was the worse and I’m serious
