The coffee I ordered didn’t taste good, and it seemed like they weren’t able to pour it correctly. I had coffee from another Starbucks this morning, and it was much better than this one.
That said, the place itself is nice and has a good vibe. You can sit, relax, and enjoy your coffee (if it’s prepared correctly). Overall, it’s a nice place to sit and unwind.

I’m highly disappointed at this location. I have placed my order at 8:53 AM in the morning and my order was supposed to be ready at 9:07 AM.
It was just regular coffee and honestly nothing was ready and unfortunately this location needs better pace with employees
For today’s event, I was not able to get my coffee, highly disappointed and agitated To just make regular coffee, it was not even ready when it was supposed to be
Fortunately, I did receive my money, but unfortunately, I did not receive the coffee for my event today
Highly dissatisfied and I really encourage everyone to stay away from this location. You have a better chance of going somewhere else and getting your stuff in a timely manner instead of waiting 30 minutes.

I just went and the guy attending drive-thru took our order without asking size or if we wanted whipped cream on top or not. Then when we drive to the second window, he was rude when asking us to pay and when we mentioned that he made our order vague he did not even apologize or make any attempt to be understanding about it. He was pale, with dark hair and had glasses, unfortunately we did not get his name. He should receive classes or some type of training to be a decent employee or a decent human being in general. We were not rude to him and he spoke so full of himself. Especially at 6pm and to a customer?? Like we just wanted our drinks calmly.

I sent in a door dash for a “will you be my valentine” and let me to you, the workers made it happen!! They wrote “yes” or “no” on the cup, and on the the bag wrote “will you be my valentine?”. Thank you guys so much. The service is amazing!

On Saturday, Nov 15 at 1100 we ordered a grande soy chai extra pump at this store and after 30 mins and never received it. We asked and they said they were checking or someone took it but they never prioritized a new drink. We received our food and other drink but not this one. We finally asked for a refund. The employees were unhappy and less than enthusiastic. The guy and lady at the register couldn’t have mustered a smile if their life depended on it. The owner needs to figure out what the issue is with the employees.

I really enjoy Wallisville Starbuck not because it’s the best coffee around but because of the people. This young lady in the white pompom skull cap is always nice. She always says, “Let me know if your drink is good!” And the young man across from her (Mr. Tyke) always greets me with a smile, asking me how I am doing. There are a couple of others who are as thoughtful as these two. Their efforts may seem small to most, but in this current climate, it means a lot to me. Thanks!

The “remodeled” store in one word is atrocious. Now they only have one register instead that is not manned most of the time. The service is terribly slow. I watched as one customer waited 35 minutes for his drink, he finally had to remind them thst he was still waiting.
The outside of location is dirty and that pales in comparison to inside. The location was much better before the remodel. They took away the music and the overall atmosphere is uninviting. If there plan was to make so customers would not sit and enjoy their purchase inside or outside they succeeded. This will be my last visit to this location. Starbucks on Wallisville Road please get you act together.
