My overall experience at the store was okay. The employees of that were working were very pleasant. The only problem I had was when I walked in the attitude from the manager on duty (Benny)he radiated negativity and he assumed that I was a vagrant when I just had walked 2.7 miles to get to his location. That was the only negative about my visit. My coffee was great the lady who waited on me was very pleasant. I just didn’t take kindly to the fact that he just assumed I was a vagrant. Just an FYI not everybody has vehicles I’m a traveling salesperson and went to that location because I was treated very nicely the first time. The guy with the amazing eyeliner has the best personality love him don’t know his name love him

I asked lite ice – I do not like a watered down coffee, the drink is an inch or more from the top of the cup not full and packed full of ice
I wish 7 Brew was more convenient on this side of town as they listen to customers and make the Fri is the way you ask

I order coffee at Starbucks regularly. Today the staff who made my coffee were not satisfied. My coffee lacked light caramel drizzle. If they did it again, they put a lot of caramel in it. I drank it later. I bought that coffee for $8-9. I’m not begging them, so why are they so mean to me? They didn’t apologize to me and showed their respect for the customer.

Freezing cold on the inside. I ordered a matcha with banana protein cold foam. I’ve had it before at other locations and loved it. Tasted like they didn’t whisk it AT ALL!! Very clumpy and chewy! The banana was also clearly vanilla cold foam. Staff also refused to remake my drink…

Most times the coffees are lacking ingredients. And all the time this store is way behind. Plenty of baristas but are always behind. 3 different times now I’ve ordered online and it takes them 30min or more to complete one drink. The store used to be the bomb, however it’s not anymore. Very disappointed.

I’ve been having my coffee here for a year. 10 of 10 times I order the same drink, they make it different each time. I don’t know what’s in their mind and it sucks all the time, waste of money, I throw them into the trash bin. they seem like they never been trained. I had to go to another one which is close to Walmart. Much better experienced.

First impressions are cruical and my first impression of this facility reflects my rating. When there are 5 staff members, there is zero excuses for the dinning area to be as dirty as it was during my visit. There were crumbs all over the tables, the condiment area had sticky residue along with trash and there were flies throughout the facility. I expect a lot more out of Starbucks and this was very disappointing. My family and I just returned from overseas and was excited for this visit but we were let down.

I absolutely love Starbucks!! Need coffee being a mom of four I’m usually tired out way before my kids. Really enjoy the wonderful customer service from – Mady and Shereasa sorry if I didn’t spell that correctly! They usually remember my order which says a lot about the service they want to provide to customers.
