I wanted to thank the Staff that was there at 7:30am on 11/4. My app wasnt working this morning and you guys gave me my order on the house and it meant the world to me. I have had a rough couple days as i had to move out of my home due to foreclosure and you guys really, really cheered me up. Today, October 12th, I ordered a cup of coffee at 10:32 am online, but when I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. And other people who ordered later got it before me. I think this kind of service is not good for people who order online.

I am on a fitness journey, I specifically asked for a grande cold brew with 2pumps of sf vanilla 1 pump of cinnamon dolce and 1 pump or scoop of pumpkin sauce with almond milk. I also asked for pumpkin pie spice on top. And this is what I received. No specifications of what I asked for are one here. The drink was way too sweet and I couldn’t even drink it.

I got the best cinnamon dolce latte that I’ve had anywhere in months. James was the barista at 5 am. He took the time to use my requested whole milk, full pumps of flavors, and correct amounts of coffee. I’ve watched other baristas at this location use skim milk because it’s easier than bending over for the gallon of whole milk. And then pump quick shots that don’t provide the full flavor, resulting in a dirty dishwater tasting coffee. KUDOS to James.

I went In and order a coffee with cream, they had to brew coffee so it was a little wait which is perfectly fine. There was a lady in there who was so pleasant, she noticed me waiting asked me my name and what I got, looked for my order told me what was going on and presented me with my coffee when it was done and a little coupon for next time since I had to wait. She really went above and beyond and made my day!
