Great for customer side. Theyre quick in drive through.
Their door dash side needs work. I sometimes dash and don’t like picking up orders here. They are slow to fulfill the dash orders and aren’t particularly friendly to drivers.

Today I visited Starbucks store #84504 at 980 Jams Dr. My experience is rated “it’s okay” because I’m always denied ordering uncooked oatmeal to prepare at home. I usually buy 5 uncooked oatmeals for the week with the toppings (often missing). I have to prove to the staff that I’ve purchased uncooked oatmeal from other Starbucks in my area with no issues, i.e. receipt or recorded video.

They consistently get my drink right and it tastes amazing. The staff is also incredibly nice and welcoming, which makes each visit a highlight of my day. Highly recommend this location for great service and quality!

I ordered 2 medium white chocolate mocha with oat milk, no whip and no foam grande. One of the staffs brought one medium and one large of coffee stating that she only charged me for one because they made a mistake. So, I politely declined and she took it back saying that they would make me another one. Basically, they emptied it into another cup because both cups were not taste right. This is an insult to customers.

The service here is spot on, If anyone wanna go to a clean place and have great service then I highly recommend this place, there’s no problems with the food from me and my family’s experience, this place deserves a 5 star for me. P.s tables are outside and didn’t have to wait to sit in a table, they’re also clean as well!

Went there tonight and my drink was horrible, Luke warm more foam then anything, then just about choked on a coffee bean in my drink, yes in my luke warm disgusting drink. She asked if I wanted my banana bread heated up and it showed on the screen to warm, well needless to say it wasn’t. This the second bad things that I have received at this location. Am so done!!
