The drive thru had several vehicles so I thought I’d go inside to place my order. I stood there for at least 12 minutes and no one ever asked me if I would like to place an order, actually no one even said hello, they smiled but said nothing. 4 employees inside around the counter and drive thru. I finally left and went through the drive thru like I normally do, same great courteous service at the drive thru. I had to look online to see if they just don’t take orders inside that location of what I was missing. A real disappointment even though I only go about once a week and use the drive thru.

This is a newer location, and the layout of the cafe is nice. The baristas do a great job making the drinks correctly. The line at the drive-thru can get long, but it moves pretty quickly. The Spicy Falafel pocket or the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia paired with the Evolution Fresh Organic Defense Up make for a satisfying light lunch.

In the words of Emmett from the Lego movie “Everything is awesome!” The staff are super friendly but in a sincere way and the coffee is consistent which is what you want from your local source of caffeine. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered through the drive through, around 8 (this Starbucks closes at 10), I ordered and everything was fine. There was a mix up and I was greeted with hostility, I didn’t know the difference between blended ice and a Frappuccino. Wasn’t a big mistake but definitely not the greatest way to respond to a customer.
Long story short: I said that it wasn’t blended (blended ice) and the barista got upset.
