I ordered a grilled cheese and it was not heated properly. The center of the sandwich was still cold and the cheese hadn’t fully melted it had a curd-like texture instead of being smooth and melted. I also ordered a cold brew with cold foam, but there didn’t appear to be any cold foam on the drink.
This was disappointing, especially considering the price. I’ve had better experiences at other Starbucks locations, which I’ll continue to visit instead.

This is honestly my favorite Starbucks out of all the ones I’ve been to.
It’s always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff is very polite and friendly, and they consistently get our orders right — nothing is forgotten, nothing is missed, and everything is made exactly as requested. Service is fast and efficient, even when it’s busy.
We come here almost every day, and the experience is always reliable and pleasant. Definitely our go-to location.

I rarely leave reviews. I have let time go by before making this to give them a chance. We used to go daily to Starbucks here and loved it. They were always the absolute best. A few months ago new management took over and they’ve been absolutely awful. It seems like a lot of the regular workers also quit. Not sure what you did Starbucks, but you might want to try to get your people back. People only go here because it’s a convenient location but I imagine the more Starbucks coming up the less this location will sell. The manager is also entitled and rude when you speak to her. Will be going to other locations in the future.

I’m not sure what’s going on lately, but it’s becoming harder to get a consistent cup of coffee from Starbucks. I recently ordered a triple caramel macchiato and when I got home, it tasted like straight oat milk — no noticeable espresso at all. A properly made macchiato should have a bold coffee presence on the first sip, then gradually blend into a smooth caramel-vanilla finish. Instead, the drink looked uniformly light beige, as if the espresso was missing or added incorrectly.
I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, and this isn’t just about one drink — it’s about the experience and the brand standard Starbucks is known for. Please retrain and refocus on proper drink preparation so customers receive the quality they expect.

The coffee was good. Average Starbucks quick service. We were there during the later afternoon, it was busy but the employees were speedy and seemed in good spirits. Jake was very friendly and the barista making the drinks, Danielle, was so helpful. 10/10 Starbucks experience. Clean, nice, and quick, can’t ask for more. We will be coming here as opposed to the other temple/belton locations from now on!

RUDE TO A DISABLED PERSON.
I am in a wheelchair, I had my wheelchair broken down in my car which was obvious. They were so rude on top of that to someone emotionally/physically vulnerable.
Backstory: Starbucks now wants to charge you for waters with berry inclusions as a full sized drink. That’s fraud plain and simple. A $1.37 for water and a scoop of dried fruit shouldn’t be upped to $5. On top of that the MANAGER guy with pierced nose and scruffy face was the rudest man I’ve ever met. His barista tried to not scam me and he comes in all high and mighty “talking about policy”, like sir? I’m willing to pay for that plus a $6 drink and I’m not homeless? I’m not soliciting infront of your business? or doing the things that are the reason for that “policy”. He needs to take a few classes in customer service & communication sad to see that’s the manager showing an example to all these younger girls that THAT attitude is okay.

I order on mobile about 2-3 a week and I usually come in fairly early, somewhere between 5-6:30 am. On the app, it does not allow for special instructions and so when I place my order, I usually have to call or place it right before going through the drive through (which I am sure is annoying for them). But I always get the same thing Grande Mocha Frap Double Shot Double Blended (special instructions: whipped blended in). In a world where everyone “needs their coffee” before they are kind or “gen z customer service” taking over, I am surprised to see this particular Starbucks is one of the friendliest, most helpful, prompt, and consistent business I venture to. I have not met a single employee here who doesn’t fit this description. There is usually at least one and I can point them out. But here, I cannot. Unless they don’t usually work at the window (I rarely go inside). Today, I went through the drive thru and Jordan recognized my name and order. He already knew what I was going to ask and I was extremely impressed. It seems like such a small thing but, as I am autistic and very routine based, this is a huge struggle for me and the timing always stresses me out. “Am I going to make it in time for them to blend my whip in before I get there so I don’t annoy them with the correction?” For folks like us with severe OCD in this regard, it can make or break our morning (silly, I know). But I just wanted to thank Mr. Jordan and the rest of the staff at Starbucks for always being so pleasant as I am sure your clientele isn’t always. Thank you for being one of the only establishments in this town that does not invoke crippling anxiety when I show up with ridiculous expectations and needs.

This is an average Starbucks. Your wait will be long, so if you have the app I recommend ordering ahead and waiting at least 5 minutes longer than what they tell you. The drive thru line wasn’t too long, but I decided to walk in. There was no wait but it took 15 minutes to get my order, so make sure you have plenty of time to wait around if you choose to stop at this location.

The only reason i’m even giving 2 stars is because it’s starbucks and they make good coffee. But this morning, I went to order the same drink that I order every single morning, and they told me that they couldn’t put no.Ice in it which is what I do.Every.single. morning so that I can save it for my brother for when he wakes up for his shift. But they put ice in it anyway.Saying that they couldn’t not put ice in it.Make that make sense for me.Every other starbucks does it for me, just fine. Get better staff, seems this is an ongoing issue with staff not doing what they’re supposed to.

Coffee was as expected. Ordered 2 drinks to go at 3pm. It seemed to be a shift change. Only 1 other customer in store. Staff didn’t acknowledge us standing there until I was about to walk out. The restaurant was a mess and needed attention. It took an exceptionally long time to get both our drinks and the lady before us to get hers. I was tempted to just leave and would have if I had not already paid. I will remember not to stop by this location in the future.
