Good job you guys! The store looks great since the renovation and every time I go here, even if what I want to get is not available (brownies come to mind. Alot) they offer substitutions which are good, but I still think maybe order more brownies! Lol, oh, and Quint, well, HENRY, is the greatest! He deserves a raise , for real! Get this man a raise! Hire more like him.

My friend and I stopped by this Starbucks to enjoy some hot coffee and jalapeño chicken pockets. The barista took our order while we were seated. However, we only received one jalapeño chicken pocket, even though we had intended to order two.

I went back to the register to explain the issue. The barista acknowledged that only one had been charged, submitted a second order, and I paid for it. After waiting an additional amount of time, I returned to the register to politely ask how much longer it would take to receive the second jalapeño chicken pocket.

At that point, I was told there was no order for it. I showed my receipt, and only then was I told that it had been sitting on the pickup stand the whole time. During this time, the baristas were laughing and socializing, and when I tried to address the confusion, the response I received was snappy and condescending.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and the customer service left much to be desired.

There was a big line at the drive-thru so decided to go inside and the staff was super friendly. They got our order done in a couple of minutes. It was perfect. Good crew working for this location

Ever since this store was renovated, they changed a lot of staff, and I decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately, it was another disappointment. One drink was overly sweet, while the other was way too bitter—completely unbalanced flavors. The quality has gone downhill, and the consistency is terrible. Won’t be coming back!
I used to love this place! Here’s a photo I took back then—the drinks were amazing, perfectly balanced, and never disappointing. The staff was patient, skilled, and always got the flavors just right. It used to be my go-to spot, but things have really changed since the renovation. Such a shame!

15 + min wait in the drive through and the line wasn’t even long. This is the third time I’ve visited this location and it’s always slow. It didn’t even look busy inside. Not sure what’s going on. I will not visit again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place was super busy but the staff was super friendly and orders came out right. Only gripe is they charged me for a refill when it’s supposed to be free for gold card members. It wasn’t worth arguing so I paid the 50 cents but would be nice if the staff know of this so as to not charge people unnecessarily.

Maybe check to see if the food your handing customers is actually cooked/warmed up. Coffee wasn’t good, cup wasn’t filled all the way Waste of money This is not a good look when there are other coffee shops nearby

This appears to be a busy Witchita Falls inner city location, where the homeless/others have access to the rear entrance restrooms for their needs
and apparently it was a re-stocking day. As many boxes were stacked high in various corners throughout.
Friendly & efficient baristas though! They completed the orders with speed & accuracy. Also good to see that they participate in the Coffee Grounds for Your Gardens resource initiative.

Got a hot chocolate this morning that was delivered to my house and the drink was spilled EVERYWHERE and it tasted like a lukewarm yahoo. Please start using the green stoppers again because those sticky dots SUCK!
