Starbucks – Hwy 377 & Main St (Keller)

Recently renovated in 2022 and it looks inviting, comfortable and bright inside. Throughout my stay, it was humbling to have baristas, Elora and Ty come by my table and check on me and offer me complimentary refills.

Came by this location early morning to get work done and decided to order, Tall Blonde Roast – Starbucks Newest and lightest Roast, yet.

Baristas greeted me politely, “Good morning, welcome in.” I replied, “Good morning, could I get Tall Blonde Roast?” “Of course you can. Can you give me few minutes to brew fresh batch?”

“That’s not a problem I can wait few minutes, I’ll be here for a while,” I answered. Few minutes later, my fresh brewed Blonde Roast was waiting for me at Pick-Up counter.

When you walk in you can find good option of seating. They offer a plush leather bench by the entrance with three tables. To the right of entrance, along the wall, your eyes capture three large, beautiful paintings of “Green Coffee Branches.” Below the paintings you can find four tables with eight additional chairs.

The overall space feels inviting and very clean. Music is quiet and easy to continue a conversation. Outside they have a good size patio with five tables and eleven chairs.

I’ve been to the Starbucks 100 times and every single time my drink is made with love I get different drinks and every single one taste amazing. This location greets you the second you walked in now that I moved away from this location. I still drive here just to get my Starbucks because if I’m paying $10 for a drink, I want it made with love and they are amazing here.

Newly remodeled Starbucks coffee shop. I had the Pistachio Latte, wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but they told me they’ll make me something else if I didn’t like it. It turned out good, so no worries.

My sister and I went to get iced matcha green tea lattes which is our usual order and it’s normally delicious but unfortunately at this location, the matcha lattes they made tasted like plain milk. It was paler than normal so we decided to go inside to ask them to fix it. I politely told them the issue and they apologized about the problem and offered a remake. I told them I didn’t need a remake but I’d appreciate if they could add some extra matcha to our current drinks since I didn’t feel like ours necessarily needed to be thrown away. They told me that would cost an additional $2.60 so I asked why. I told them this is my usual order and I never need to order extra because the normal amount is fine and ours tasted like it might be missing some matcha. They said they made it correctly and that if I was used to it tasting stronger the store I normally go to probably makes it wrong. I said I didn’t believe so because I frequent multiple Starbucks locations, not just one and this isn’t an issue at other stores. They insisted their barista was great at their job to which I said I don’t doubt that but that doesn’t change that our drinks taste like milk. They told me firmly, I could either get a remake exactly like what I already had or I could pay the extra for extra matcha. I was upset at this point and said I’d like to try the remake and we’d go from there depending on the taste. Fortunately the remakes tasted better so my sister and I left but the whole encounter was very off putting. I worked in customer service for many years while in high school and college and I don’t believe they handled a customer complaint well. The staff was definitely defensive and I did my best to be polite but direct however, I do think it’s a bit ridiculous to try to charge someone extra when the drink doesn’t taste right and to try to tell the customer they’re wrong and make a bunch of excuses or assumptions about other locations instead of thinking perhaps they simply made a mistake themselves. This event happened Monday 8/4/25 around 11am with the barista Andrew and another worker, whose name I did not catch.

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks, thanks to Stephen! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed. His friendly attitude and great customer service truly stood out. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares. Thank you, Stephen, for making our visit so pleasant!

I’m extremely frustrated with this store. My Starburst order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, and there was absolutely no communication or apology. This level of service is unacceptable.

What’s worse is that the delivery driver — who had nothing to do with the delay — was left waiting for 20 minutes just to complete the delivery. That is completely irresponsible on the store’s part and incredibly disrespectful to both the customer and the driver.

This experience was a complete disappointment. The store seriously needs to get its act together. Big thanks to the delivery driver for their patience — they were the only professional part of this entire mess.

I’ve been into the store to stop and get some work done a couple of times and through the drive-thru on several occasions. The team here is top notch in customer service and make this feel much more like the local coffee house experience I prefer for my coffee stops. The store is clean, efficient and well cared for.

One thing I love about this location, is the drinks are always consistent in taste! Other locations – the taste is constantly different. I pass three on my way to campus, but this is the only one I’ll stick with. My drinks are always perfect, 100% recommend this Starbucks. Also, the drive through cashier with her name starting with a “J” (has short darker hair) – is SO sweet!! She always ensures everything is correct, and makes my day every time I visit. Thanks so much! 🙂
