I visit this location a couple of times a week in the mornings and have generally enjoyed it as a quiet, welcoming place to start my day. I understand that Starbucks, like any business, has policies.

During my most recent visit, I felt uncomfortable when I was addressed from the counter regarding placing an order. If the policy had been explained to me privately, I would have completely understood. Being called out across the store felt unnecessary and drew attention in a way that was embarrassing.

At the time, I was reading my Bible and was interrupted twice. First to ask if I had placed an order, and then again to say an order could be taken. I tried to explain that I am a regular customer who visits this location multiple times a week. I even sit in the same area, and always place an order. I have never come into this location without doing so.

This experience also reflects a pattern I have noticed with this particular employee. On previous visits, I have observed interactions that felt tense or dismissive toward both customers and coworkers.

As someone who works in customer service, I know how demanding these roles can be. That said, tone, discretion, and kindness matter, especially in a public space where conversations are easily overheard. A more respectful approach would have made a significant difference in how this situation was experienced.

I want to note that the manager has always been friendly and respectful, and I’ve had positive experiences overall at this location. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe professionalism and empathy are important, and I hope this helps prevent other customers from feeling uncomfortable in similar situations.

Unbelievable that it took 15 minutes for ice americano! I don’t know who manages this location but it’s definitely understaffed for the amount of sales and traffic it gets! Stop being greedy and hire these workers some more help!

I came through the drive through ordered my coffee, I had to turn back in and come inside because I don’t order espresso without creamer. I told them that it taste like back coffee. They remade it with a nasty attitude, as I was leaving they all actually had laughed at me. I just thought that was so nice! Considering I could’ve been rude, I’ll just rate the service one star. I normally don’t leave bad reviews and usually I go on about my day when I’ve had bad service, so yes I left the store feeling very offended. It’s lunch time on a tueday.. the rush isn’t that bad ladies. Be nicer!

I m traveling through, stopped for frappuccino ask for half a pump w syrup, service person said they don’t have a half a pump , I said it don’t even have to be a half just a little pump she said they can’t do that then said something flavor wouldn’t work or something,, That was not a factor for me. I get it this way all the time, didn’t care to argue. looked at her and said I’m good thank you and walked out. Seriously, listen to your customers. I already knew what I was requesting.

The parking at this Starbucks is very tight and it takes a while to get in and out. Also, in my interactions with Abby, I personally felt her service came across as rude. Hoping the overall customer experience improves.

We ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. We had to wait in a long line in the Drive-Thru but sometimes you just have to be patient. My coffee was delicious
