Sadly this store is dishonest and it’s only someone working this morning’s shift at the window. This is the second time I have ordered my regular drink and it looked different and this individual was at the window. I questioned again about the lavender foam that should be on top. She proceeded to say it is in there but it sank to the bottom. I get this drink regularly at this location and other locations and only with this individual does it “sink” now for the 2nd time. I got to my office and waited to drink it. I took pics and then video pouring into another glass….no purple, no white, no lavender foam. Just a basic matcha yet I was charged for more. Be mindful when you order from here. Its truly sad to lack integrity for something so simple.

This Starbucks location was amazing! My drink was made perfectly and tasted exactly how it was supposed to. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional, and the service was smooth from start to finish.

Definitely one of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back!

Update 05/02/2024: We stopped in around 5:30, curious to try the new spicy lemonade drinks. I don’t typically go for juice drinks at a coffee shop, but I’m sure glad we decided to try them-they were fantastic. As always, the staff were kind, friendly, and quickly prepared our drinks as requested. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfy, chill space with our Spicy Dragonfruit and Spicy Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers. Both had outstanding fruit flavors and reminded me of fancy mixed drinks. I wish they weren’t limited time only, as I’d definitely like more throughout this summer. Kudos to the team here for another great visit!

Update 10/26/2023-We stopped by around 5:30 and ordered 2 Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiatos from the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful as always and our drinks were hot, ready quickly, and tasted delicious. I always have a great experience at this Starbucks-it is hands-down my favorite Starbucks around.

Update 06/17/23-We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon and ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Nitro Cream Cold Brew and White Chocolate Mocha. Staff was friendly and quick-our order was ready in under 5 minutes. The Cold Brew was outstanding-it was absolutely delicious. The White Chocolate Mocha was great-exactly as I expected. I updated my rating to 5 stars as both coffees were labeled. This Starbucks continues to make excellent coffees and provide great service. I will certainly return!

We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Our order taker was friendly and knowledgeable, and our coffees were ready immediately. Both coffees were excellent and on par with ones I’ve had at other Starbucks. I only gave 4 stars because the coffees were not differently labeled and I wasn’t told which one was which. There are plenty of tables and sofas inside where you can chat and work, as well as plenty of outdoor tables, with chill vibes. This is a nice Starbucks location-I will definitely be back!

Ordered ahead online for the protein cheese lunch. Went to the drive through and the girl in the front was rude, cut me off when I was going to also place a water. Upon checkout out she hands me my order in the drive through. Didn’t think nothing of it. Drove away, and parked to eat my lunch and the apples were all brown, the cheese looked gross.
Drove back up to Starbucks, since it’s literally 3-5 minutes away,went inside. The girl who prior gave me my order came up to me and I literally told her I just left and this protein box is not okay, took one glance and definitely agreed. But my question if you agreed why not look at it before handing out disgusting food to customers? Also once I asked for a refund she said well you can choose another. Choose the egg protein box because all the cheese box looked disgusting. Went to my car and upon my discovery the box had already been open .. ugh not returning to Starbucks! Paid and didn’t eat lunch… Do better Starbucks employees. If you don’t want to work, go else where with that nasty attitude. This is the second ugly encounter I’ve received from this location. I literally go there cause it 3-5 minutes away from my work, and this is not okay

We tried to go through the drive through, sat for minutes while no one greeted us and the screen went black. We end up pulling up to the window after waiting 10 minutes behind the car that was ahead of us who also wasn’t able to order, only to be told at the window that they were “about to get us” and that we now have to pull around behind a line of cars we were initially ahead of. 11/22 6:30 am

This Starbucks is the worst found a hair inside of my drink contacted customer service no one is helpful they make you go through all these steps and send emails with photos of everything and still didn’t issue me a refund. For a major company and expensive drinks they do not make their customer service process easy whatsoever! Will not be going back to Starbucks

I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. I ordered a venti pink drink with two scoops of strawberries & this is what got. I couldn’t even drink it because of all the seeds. If you are out of an ingredient let the customer know don’t serve crap like this….seriously DO BETTER Won’t be back

This is a really good Starbucks. Brad and Sydnie were the cashiers when I swung by 2 days in a row. They were both friendly and efficient.

Another thing is that this Starbucks has an organizational table for all the drinks sorted by A-Z. There is a line for each letter! I haven’t seen any other Starbucks do this yet, but it’s super unique and cool – what a great idea whoever came up with that!

I ordered a grande nitro cold brew through the drive-thru. The girl who took my order said the total was $6.26. When I got to the window, the screen said $8.22. As I was tapping my card, I remembered she had told me $6.26, so I asked why I was being charged $8.22.

She told me I had selected the tip option. That was a lie! She never showed me a screen to select a tip. She was trying to take an extra $1.96 without my consent. I told her I did not select any tip, she did it. She didn’t even apologize. She just said she would reverse the charge and refunded me $2.71, which still doesn’t add up.

$1.96 might not be a big amount, but that’s not the point. This behavior is unacceptable. I do not condone dishonesty. Starbucks needs to make sure their employees are honest and have basic work ethic. This kind of dishonesty is a serious issue.
