Chloe is absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by the Midlothian Starbucks, she’s so friendly and welcoming — always greeting people with a smile. She’s super attentive and makes sure your order’s just right every time.

Cailyn is the best barista I’ve ever met. She never fails to make me feel welcome and makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. My dog had cancer and one of his favorite treats was a Starbucks pup cup. She made them the best, and made him an extra special one for his last day. She is an angel on earth and I couldn’t imagine better customer service. Whatever you’re paying her should be doubled!

My husband picked up our mobile order and when he got home the coffee seemed very light for a venti. Opened it up to see only 2/3 of the cup full… if I order a venti, I would like a venti’s worth of coffee. Just disappointed!

This is one of the poorest run locations that I visit and sadly I spend thousands every year, mostly at this location. I think I’m at the point, that is gonna stop. Some, not all of their employees are as rude as they come. They represent Starbucks in very negative way. The culture at this location is horrid and of course it points to a weak manager which translates to bad experiences with customers. Not crazy customers just those who want to get their drinks/food and leave, not have to deal with very rude employees. Sometimes people have a bad day but a few at this location are consistent with this behavior.
