Probably the most helpful staff that I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. If I want something new they will help you find what fits your taste. Very friendly people. Feels like small town coffee shop the way they get to know your likes. Love this Starbucks.

Mobile order warning!
I am a frequent visor of this Granbury location and typically have no major issues. Today i used mobile order called in for drive thru pick up. I order while at HEB said 13 min i showed at speaker about 10 min after order. The were 3 cars in front of me in drive thru while at speaker when I got to the window was about estimated time in app but i was asked by drive thru to pull around park and come in my order wasn’t quite ready although barista said she was making it. Had i ordered at speaker they would not have made me come in and i would have waited for it to be ready. I have waited many times in drive thru for people on front of me to get the orders that take forever. I had a toddler with me (why i ordered mobile drive thru to start with!) which by the time I pulled around to park got out of the car seat, also had multiple drinks so was unable to hold his hand in parking lot when we came out, my drinks were ready but lost! They had to find my drinks since the were ordered drive thru pick up and couldn’t find them inside they were not together on counter like they should have been. Completely unacceptable why have Mobile order if ordering at speaker is faster more convenient and you are not made to park and go inside. Do better. Will be a while before I go back will use other local coffee places I can pull up to or go to window at if the convenience of this option does nothing. At least the drink were made right to order so have food decent star.

On the way out of town stopped to grab a Chai Tea Latte. It was basically water and milk. It didn’t taste like Chai at all and instead of real tea they used some type of syrup. Definitely the worst Chai Tea Latte I’ve ever had.

I placed an online order about 5 minutes before my arrival. I place ahead because of anxiety. This Starbucks is typically very busy & I don’t mind the wait. I arrive, tell them I’m picking up a mobile order, “great we are working on that pull around” ~ there were no customers in drive thru. Pull up to window “we just got your order if you can pull out and to back around”. I find that absolutely insane. Why? If I had come to the window and ordered normally you would have just gotten my order. Right? Do better! That is so rude and such a waste of time.

This Starbucks in Granbury is the BEST!!! This is the one that is located off US HWY 377, and is just in front of Kroger. It has a lovely sitting area inside, complete with comfortable wall seats, smaller tables and chairs perfect for groups of two, a longer table with bar chairs, AND a lovely lounge area with a coffee table. Outside seating and tables are also available. From the moment that my family and I enter this Starbucks, we are greeted with a friendly “ welcome!” And, even if we briefly step outside to come back in, they are kind to say “ welcome back!” The drinks that we order are made to perfection! And, they have scrumptious cookies and salty snacks, too. One of few Starbucks locations I know of that have the lovely and cozy indoor seating, as some have changed to strictly drive through and/ or pick up orders. PLEASE don’t change! We love you just the way you are!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and usually have superb experiences. Twice I’ve had to ask for a remade drink (once my fault, once their fault) and they are always so understanding and kind about it and don’t make you feel dumb! The workers and manager are all wonderful!

Normally I don’t have any issues but this time there was stuff in the bottom of my coffee and I didn’t realize until I used my straw…. Better cleaning needs to be done.

Every time I go in the people are super nice. However, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro and I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with Nitro on my ticket. Like I don’t know the difference in taste. They have asked me to get out of my car and come in the store (while I am in the drive through line) and let them know I was there for my order (from the app). And then they asked my daughter to go all the way back through the drive through because one of her two drinks wasn’t ready. We will NEVER come back to this Starbucks again.
