This is the best location I have visited and so glad it also happens to be closest to my home. One of the Manager’s Rebecca is absolutely Amazing! She never ceases to amazing me with her creativity, knowledge and customer service that is above and beyond! I wish I knew where to contact someone higher up at Starbucks to give them all the specific examples of how amazing she is.
They also added a borrow-a-book- bookshelf and coloring activities not only to entertain kiddos while you enjoy your coffee but also books for us adults to enjoy. Love this idea and glad they added it.

They’re always patient and friendly with me when I’m ordering and forget everything. Food is always fresh and amazing. Drinks are always well done as well. And they’re patient and friendly with me when I have no idea about what I ordered today and freaked out a little today, buuuut the guy was really sweet and I tried matcha today and I’m a fan now. I’ve yet to have something I don’t like there and the staff are the highlight to my morning every time. Thank you guys for everything.

Absolutely horrible location. I have gotten the same iced latte for 15 years. I know how it is supposed to taste. This location never makes it correct. Its always watery and hot.
This location is extremely slow. I have waited 15 minutes+ in both the drive thru and walking in every time I have come despite being the only customer there. When I have gone inside it is disgustingly filthy. (straw wrappers everywhere, tables look like they have not been cleaned, floors look like they do not have a mop or broom.) The staff is very stand offish. I would say things like hello how are you, and they look at me like I offended them. I will drive to the other one that is located 1 drive way up.

I had such a great experience at the Starbucks in Azle thanks to Lucas Bruce. His customer service is outstanding—he’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy with your order. You can tell he goes above and beyond for every customer, whether it’s remembering small details about your drink, greeting you with a warm smile, or making the whole interaction feel personal and positive. People like Lucas are the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location. Starbucks is lucky to have him!

Very inconsistent location. It’s a 50/50 chance my drink will taste good. I try to go to Dutch since their drinks taste correctly made each time, but every once in awhile come back here and am usually always dissapointed.

There was a new girl taking the orders this morning, and so I placed my normal order…
I ordered my (venti) latte hot with Whip,
I paid and went on my way to work.. and found out I got cheated… because I paid for and large and got a small.. because the cup is only HALF FULL of coffee!!
