It was suggested I should try the “Pecan Cortado” I did try it DELICIOUS!!! I hope this coffee sticks around at least Through Christmas, oh pleasssssse, it is such a Tasty, warm fall coffee to have. I’m giving my service 2 stars because I love my apple crisp macchiatos when they are in season, HOWEVER, I paid for a breakfast sandwich as well and the bacon was raw. I don’t live in town, and driving back up there is just impractical. Coffee and refresher drinks have their inconsistencies sometimes, but raw bacon, come on.

Went there this morning to get the bear cup only to see the GM buying it and didn’t let her employee open the door until 4:02 when she was sure she had the cup. I’m sure this is against policy since they have to be clocked out or on break to buy the new releases!! Wasted my time for nothing!!

As always Starbucks is superb when it comes to their drinks, no complaints there. 🙂 This is a new place and they just opened in August 2022 so I know they are super slow and sometimes you may have to have your drink remade but you just have to be understanding. I like the atmosphere and there’s a ton of young people working and they are respectful and do a great job of making you feel welcome. Way to go Henderson Starbucks!

I’ve gone to Starbucks locations all over the world. I am well-versed on how the app works. I have a family member who is in prison in Henderson, so I go to this location every weekend I’m in town before I hit the road after my visit is over. Today, the woman at the window, try to school me on how to use the app. I placed my order well in advance. This is the only location that seems to have an issue with it. And the way she spoke to me today was extremely disrespectful. And it all stemmed when I asked for napkins and she didn’t hear me the first time so I stayed at the drive-through staring at the window to get her attention so I could ask for them again. I got two things of food, there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been given napkins to begin with. Regardless, I guess she was embarrassed that she didn’t handle the order properly and tried to be rude. That is not OK. I will no longer be visiting this location.

I couldn’t quite here what the young lady said her name was it started with a D on her apron. I couldn’t quite see the menu so she read out the flavors and was very polite and wonderful in the drive through. I went inside to get a cup for my son’s girlfriend and Bailey, Jesse, the drive through lady and a girl with black hair were all sweet and wonderfully pleasant and I liked hearing them talk to each other.

I go to this place to study and the environment is very soothing. The employees are nice and welcoming and open to conversation when they are not busy. I have had some exciting moments while inside the store and have become a regular because the service is so great. Love exploring different drinks as they are all wonderful.
