Store is a little dirty most days. Compared to other *$. For being a slow time, it took a little too long to make my drink. No one in store and one car in drive through = 10 minute wait for a dragon drink (not even a coffee wait)!

Was recommended the pumpkin loaf as they were out of my fav. It was a good choice, delicious and a MUST to get it warmed up.

We first went to the Starbucks in Farmers Branch, I ordered a decaf iced vanilla sweet cream brew but was told they don’t make decaf, they suggested the venti iced Americana (?) Vanilla pumps & half and half. It was the worse coffee I have ever tasted! Not decaf at all! I called the store they stated they added full espresso shots. They explained we could go back or stop at any Starbucks show the receipt and get a new drink. We pulled up to the Addison location off Beltline. They exchanged my drink without a problem. Thank you Starbucks! Excellent customer service

Starbucks always has the best combo of a bite to eat and coffee. The service is happy and friendly at this location. Will stop at this location when I am in the area every time. I’ve enjoyed many Starbucks across the DFW area but I will definitely make a point to return to this specific location because of the services I received from an employee by the name of Valarie. She was polite,friendly, knowledge of her job and a joy to interact with. Her personality was dynamic and unique. Either give that girl a raise or make her a manager. Thank you Valerie for making me feel important this evening I truly needed that today

Long story short I got coffee from a different Starbucks location on my way to work and it was awful! I couldn’t even drink it! I went to the nearest Starbucks to my work wanting to request some extra pumps of white mocha just to see if it would help my drink taste better.
Matthew displayed awesome customer service. Apologized, made me laugh and told me wanted to remake my drink so I could see how much better he could make it! THIS COFFEE TASTE HEAVILY !!!!! I don’t know if it’s the best coffee I’ve ever tasted or just the experience plus the taste of good coffee elevated it! give that boy a raise!!!

So I can come here and pay for an overpriced coffee drink. But let me ask for extra packets of sauce for the food that I ordered and we’ve got a problem. Apparently customers are allowed one sauce per order. Or is it just this location? Or is it a rule just me…?

I was honestly shocked to be asked to drive back around after waiting 15 minutes in line for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes per the app. I’ve never been asked to pull back around or park before—honestly felt like I was at McDonald’s!

When the cashier came out, she made it seem like four drinks was a lot, which was surprising. I didn’t want to be rude, so I went along with it, but isn’t the whole point of ordering ahead to have the drinks ready when you arrive?

The line wasn’t even long compared to usual, and I’ve been to this location many times without ever having this issue. Other locations, even when busier, have never asked me to do that. We’re a family of four and always order four drinks—never been a problem before.

Really disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Not the welcoming vibes. I keep saying I will stop going there and then give them one more try. I did a mobile order. Had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink and still didn’t get it. I requested a refund and they looked at me like I was in the wrong. I get it it’s during rush hour but that girl was taking her sweet time and also doing drive tru orders when they said she was the only one doing in store drinks. There were more guest very frustrated.

So we all know that taste for the coffee greatly differs by the location(aka who the barista is). Unfortunately, this location always let me down.
Out of 10 orders, 8 all went straight to the trash can(I have went in and tried to explain the difference in taste, but they all look defensive and unwilling to learn what they are doing wrong). The new asian girl barista is the worst.. Friendly but the coffee she makes are all waste of my money.

Starbucks really need to unify the exact recipe and makes sure ALL the baristas know every inch. So that starbucks run is not always a hit or miss!!!
