The bacon gouda was gouda as usual. Got a grande pike so I could share it, didn’t realise they topped it off… like… beyond the cup? The lid was literally holding it together. I opened it and it unleashed a gushing volcano of molten pike. In this moment I sat stunned with my wife screaming and my hand melting from the lava pouring out the cup. 5 stars because there was still coffee topped at the top of my grande pike after everything was said and done… it was like a magic trick, I don’t understand. My hand is ok, but my view on reality is not.

I went in wanting an iced caramel brûlée but they were out of the caramel they usually use. The barista who helped me was honestly the sweetest person. She didn’t rush me at all and made me a custom drink with extra caramel that tasted amazing. Her kindness genuinely made my whole day. I didn’t get her name, but she had short black hair with blonde highlights and beautiful amber colored eyes. Truly an angel. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Today I received outstanding service from Ryan. He greeted me with genuine kindness, prepared our drinks perfectly, and made the whole experience feel personal. I have been going here for years and I feel like I never have a bad experience. The staff at this location is truly the friendliest , kindest , and happiest people! I have always believed that you can taste feelings in food ( hence why I dont make coffee or food when its a bad day haha) but that must be why my orders are always on point and I leave there blessed with sunshine! My coffee machine broke and I have had to get a coffee each morning for the last 4 days. Each of the employees I have encountered have been very nice and friendly. The drinks on the other hand are an issue. My cups are never full. Today my cup had 1.5 inch of empty space at the top. If I would have removed the whipped cream, it would have had 2.5 inches of empty space. Additionally, my hot drinks have not been hot. I appreciate the friendly service, but $7 for 2/3 of a drink is ridiculous.

I go to this Starbucks everyday, and all of the baristas are super nice and my coffee always comes out great. BUT they always tend to overfill my cup, which if they had stronger lids, it wouldn’t be a huge deal. But this is about the third time I’ve had some sort of accident happen due to overfilling my cup. 🙁

I live very close to this starbucks , and so sometimes I go up here let me tell you they are pretty fast even when there is more then 5 people in the store they are pretty fast and greet you as soon as you walk in asking if you’re ready or need a few minutes.

I just want to personally thank the Ryan and Jackie!!! When i tell you today i had the absolute best experience i have ever had at any Starbucks ever. Both of them made sure to let me know customer service is number 1.Jackie took the time to see what i needed and made sure everything was perfect. Ryan made my husband happy and made sure his drink was perfect. This was a 10/10 experience.
