i went stopped for a coffee yesterday and asked for cold foam and got so little, and i went back to ask for more, and the white older lady taking the orders was so rude. she told me if i wanted a side of coldfoam or what is it that i wanted her to do? the. offered to remove the ice on my drink and i was silent because why are we arguing about coffee. i thought starbucks takes pride in making the customer feel heard. i go to the window and they poured more than half of the coffee and refilled it with cold foam, (dont have a picutre of that) but my coffee was not even coffee anymore it was milk and sugar. This is disappointing because its the closest starbucks i have and this is the second time they get the order wrong. Will never going back !!!!
That lady shouldn’t be at work if thats how she will treat people.

I stopped by this morning, and was welcomed by Hayden! Hayden was so helpful and incredibly thoughtful. I couldn’t be more pleased by the service and warmth that met me. I’d only dropped in once previously, but the interaction I had this morning will certainly encourage me to return. All of the employees were just so kind and friendly to each other, even at 5:00am in the morning!

Love when a cashier argues with you. Went through the drive-thru, ordered a white hot chocolate and caramel frappe. Caramel frappe tasted awful, don’t know if they were using old coffee or what, but it was bad. And then comes the arguing, they gave me a white chocolate mocha. Now I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure there’s a difference between a mocha and a hot chocolate, and the cashier, after being told that this is wrong, proceeded to argue with me, and say that that’s just a flavor that they add to the coffee. It was supposed to be a hot chocolate, not a mocha, and I know this isn’t a me thing, because I’ve been to the other starbucks around here and they haven’t made this mistake before. Was just an awful experience, go to one of the other starbucks and avoid this one.

Connor is awesome. They were a little short staffed and they let us know it could be a few extra minutes. It wasn’t. Loved the communication and appreciated the relaxed personality even when you have a lot going on. Fastest barista and incredibly kind!

I am usually a fan of the Starbucks but TODAY!! OMG!!!! The wait was so unreasonable, 30 mins and I used the app to order. Gosh!! I was about to cancel due i needed to be on time for work and then my name was called. My suggestion on days like this be well prepared. There should never be a line inside and outside for that period of time unless something malfunctions or a dang celebrity is there. I was disappointed and so were many others.

First of all, I want to say the service was perfect and quick and there are no complaints there. I stopped by for a refresher and water today. I always stop for an ice water after I clean my Stanley Cup because I know Starbucks is filtered multiple times and it’s always so good in a fresh cup. Well, throughout the day the small amount of ice I got melts, and when I am drinking it I look down and suddenly notice the water is cloudy. I took of the lid and it’s extremely cloudy. This is disappointing as a former partner and now I’m wondering what I have been ingesting. Please check your lines. My refresher was watered down so I didn’t just have half of my Stanley, I had a venti cloudy refresher.

NEXT DAY: I went back this morning for a Americano. I am house sitting so I had no choice but to travel back for my coffee. Again, former recent partner. I can taste the difference between Pike and an Americano. I know sometimes they do Pike to save time. I got a Pike at an Americano price today.

I buy Starbucks three times a week. The workers are very nice and friendly. This morning a worker with a nose ring,a young lady waited on me through the drive-thru window. While watching her thru the window she played with her nose about four and touched my cup. Maybe she isn’t aware of customers watching her while serving their food and drinks. I did not appreciate her digging in her nose. Please be aware at all times customers are watching.

Tried to redeem a birthday drink here clearly on the app and the lady did not even try to figure out exactly what was going on. Just said “sorry it’s not working”. She could’ve definitely fixed the problem cause I was able to fix it later. Very poor customer service.
