Great Starbucks stop in Terrell, TX, right off I-20! I was driving west and stopped early in the morning—friendly service, convenient location surrounded by gas stations, and they even had my favorite grilled cheese sandwich (which often sells out). As always, the fall drinks hit the spot. Perfect stop on a road trip!

This particular location. The employees were as cold as the temperature in the building. No one looked up or greeted anyone or acknowledged anyone. Until a young man appeared from somewhere and he asked if I was waiting on an order. My coffee had been sitting there half way completed. When I got to my car, I realized my hot coffee was warm . But I’d already waited long enough, so I just left.

Okay, I’m sorry. I come here all the time but this morning was my last visit for a while. They need to do some sort of quality control at this location. The last three times my drink has been AWFUL. Idk if they need to do an updated training round or clean the espresso machine or something but it’s been BAD. The service is always friendly so I feel bad leaving this review, but they need to know. I hope whatever it is gets fixed.

Always a great time at this location. The WiFi works great. It’s mostly clean, the bathrooms could be cleaner! And some type of spray in the bathroom would be awesome. Since it’s unisex bathroom the
Odor is different. Just a suggestion. Other than that I’m satisfied with my visits. I come 2-3 times a week to change my scenery for work projects.
