About time Lancaster gets a Starbucks! Grew up here and always had to go to the other location in Desoto across the bridge. The ladies (baristas) were super friendly! Their happiness exuded and it seemed genuine. The location was clean and not cluttered nor busy. This is my new go to Starbucks location.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss, which sucks because I live right by it and when it was being built I was so excited of how great convenience it would be. Unfortunately, this past Sunday was my last time coming here because my drink was very nasty and it’s not the first time. Ive had more nasty drinks than good and I don’t have time most days to go back and have them fix their error. So unfortunately, I don’t have hit or miss money so it will not get anymore of my hard working monies.

I received very rude service and the worse coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life from this location. Drive-Thru Barista was very snappy because I waited one minute instead of 3 or 4minutes before entering the drive thru for my order. I get my usual drink and no other location has ever had an issue making it. I will not visit this location again. 1/10 Refuse to Recommend

I guess asking for “light ice” means nothing at this location so I’ll just ask for no ice going forward. This has happened on several occasions and typically (when I’m not rushing) I’ll ask them to remake it. It’s already crazy that I’m paying so much for just a drink but $8+ each for a flavored cup of ice is not ok. I finished my drink meanwhile more than half of the (venti) cup still has ice. Fyi, I ordered 4 drinks, two fraps and two iced matchas both with light ice but both had extra ice.

Order came out perfect, everything was great but I just wanted to write a review for the girl working the driving through today (May 22nd) around 11 because she was so sweet and friendly. This location…well Janell just pis…made me mad!!! I go to starbucks easy 3-4 times a week. At one point I was going to everyday (not this location) so I was hot when Janell walked up to me and said i had to make a purchase if I were going to be in the store. I had made a purchase…of food and not a drink. I had already thrown the paper out by the time she saw me and was just working. She could have easily asked someone if I made a purchase rather than approach me with other people around. With everything going on with the economy, I don’t need to give starbucks my money. I can go straight to dutch bros and trust I will. Smh
