This is the third time the iced coffee was not made correctly. It’s such a simple order you can’t miss two pumps of syrup and line the cup would caramel syrup simple. Sometimes I think the barista does it on purpose. Because you can’t miss what’s on the ticket order. Wylie Starbucks do better.

This is a walk up or drive through only location in Wylie across from Wylie High School. I have gotten good service here and haven’t had any issues. Sometimes I request extra hot for my drink and it is warm only but that is most Starbucks locations not just this one. Staff has always been friendly and drive through moves along at decent speed.

We were driving through Wylie and my granddaughter wanted a pink drink so I ordered online. The girl at the drive through informed me that I should have ordered it earlier I ordered it 2 minutes before showing up it should’ve been 6 to 8 minutes. I told her that it was a last minute thing with my granddaughter and that I don’t feel that’s the best thing to say to your customer informed me that it was policy to their customers. They need to order so that they have more time

All the employees here are extra courteous and polite. No matter how busy they are the always greet you with a smile… makes a huge difference. I really want to give a shout out to Lauren. They had a really busy day and I asked for the used coffee grounds. She went and got two big bags & even offered to take it to my car for me. That’s the kind of person that every companies that aspiring to hire… This store has customer service nailed!

This morning I went to this location and I had pre-ordered a Toasted White Mocha on the app. When I got there I was in the drive through line for 25 minutes. I was annoyed but not upset at all by this. I got my coffee and they were friendly as usual. When I got to work I realized it was not even 3/4 full and on top of that it was super lumpy and tasted gross! I ended up having to throw it out after a few sips. I called after work to let them know and the phone ranf endlessly. I made several different attempts to contact them with no answer. I will not be going their again.
