Placed an order in the drive-through, there was one car at the window. 19 minutes later I was able to get my order. Apparently, the car the window was applying for a job and chatting it up with a little dude working the drive-through. Then proceeded to ask her if she’d like to order a drink. By this time, cars were wrapped around the building. When I asked why he didn’t Have her drive around to get her order. His only response was I get it. Best part is I was lucky enough to have straws in my car. He couldn’t be bothered to give me straws. Does Customer Service service even exist anymore?

As if Starbucks isn’t expensive enough, why do they feel that gyping people is no big deal. I was in a rush and didn’t check the coffee. Made it onto the highway and popped open the lid because it took a minute for me to get any coffee out when I titled it to take a drink. I am telling you I was so upset! I paid almost $8 for this coffee and almost a third of it was missing. Why?? I know foam can sometimes cause a bit to missing especially if it settles but if my venti cup is 1/3 foam that’s excessive. The point is, is it was void of foam and liquid. I called customer service, yeah….I am that guy. I don’t go to Starbucks, but maybe 2x a month depending on how many bills are due, so it just sucked not getting the amount of coffee I paid for. Hopefully they don’t make a habit of this.

This is a pretty neat location. Drive thru or walk up only. They did seem to be more sluggish than usual but most businesses are these days. Unfortunately, the order ahead ability was unavailable during our visit so I hope they work this out in the future.

This is the spot. Quick service, not far from the entrance/exit doors, and always clean too. Plenty of parking on the doors nearest to this Starbucks too. Exceptional staff is a norm for Starbucks but they still deserve they’re recognition so thank you so much for working so hard to keep us happy!

The last 2 times that I’ve placed my order through the app, I’ve been dissappointed with my fraps. Usually there’s a line so by the time I get my drink it’s already been sitting for 5 mins and it affects how the drink tastes. There’s a lot of ice sitting on the top. The staff working are very kind though.

Two girls were working and we didn’t realize when we pulled in that they closed at 830… we showed up at 830. They were so nice and patient with me. My son was having a fit and I asked for warm milk and a few other things. They made everything perfectly and they were so nice. I felt awful when I pulled up to the window and saw the time but they didn’t seem bothered at all. I was so appreciative.
