Every single time I’ve been to this location the workers have a bad attitude and shows that they hate being there. There have been multiple instances where I’ve had to repeat my order at the window because nobody put it in the system and they STILL mess up my drink. Employees are not willing to remake the drinks. I always get matcha and it looks like milk with a hint of matcha. I want MATCHA not milk dressed up for st patrick’s day. I’ve never had this problem at other locations. I ordered a grande iced matcha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and oat milk, same thing happened (but no oat milk, just regular ) so I asked her to remake it. She refused, called me “entitled” and that they have people in line. I’m paying $7 for a drink, I want to get my money’s worth. They seemed like they were okay-staffed and didn’t seem to be in a rush, I saw different people walking around and there was one car behind me. You had time to argue with me, but you couldn’t remake my drink that you messed up? Don’t come to this location, go to the one near chick fil a or the others. To management, please do better. This is a reflection of you and how you handle your staff.

Today was my second visit at this particular location, but I’ve been a Starbucks customer for many years. Tiffany was top notch in helping me get my order, as there was an app deal that I was worried wouldn’t work with my Gold rewards. She explained the reward details and my options for the deal, and even personally delivered my drink to my table. I don’t come out to Wylie often, but I will make sure to continue giving this location service because they are certainly doing everything right!

Arrived at 2:58– the only person in the building was a doordasher; there were 2 cars in the drive thru. Neither of the two employees in the building even acknowledged me until 3:11 (I was at the counter the whole time). I work in customer service and that’s not it. Can I give less that 1 star? I’m floored. The service was awful this morning. I’ve never had an experience like this along with the entire store. We all waited anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes to get our drinks if even that. Several refunds were made this morning while I stood inside after 30 minutes, I was finally served a drink that was not mine… I think it may have had some type of cold foam on it. Every person that was served a drink was given a very bland. I’m sorry. I felt like I was watching the world moving in slow motion. Almost every person in that store was either late to work or school today. Including myself. I had about 15 extra minutes to get there and now I’m over 15 minutes late very disappointed and how everything was handled. $6.77 for the drink and my cash refund was $6 lmao. Absolutely ridiculous.
