This location the girl (nose pierced)in the drive thru was nice until I kindly asked her if they could remake my drink. She basically took drink back mixed it and put bk in cup and changed my lid. Lazy and not good service. Asked for a pink drink 1/2 sweet cream and 1/2 coconut milk. This taste like whip cream!

I went to this location on yesterday morning , I had a few extra minutes before heading into work. I waited in line longer than expected but that’s ok, the coffee is worth the wait sometimes. However, for me yesterday was the worse experience I’ve had at this location. I ordered a frappe gave special instructions not complicate. The order I received was warm, full of liquid not at all the iced caramel frappe I ordered. I did not have time to take it back, by this time I’m not running late for work, and not to mention the line of cars behind me.
I took the drink home and dumped it out; I work from home. The strange thing is that lady working drive through had a strange look when she handed me the drink but it didn’t cross my mind to later.
Nonetheless, I will not be visiting this location again.

I don’t even live around here but I drive to this location even though there is a Starbucks right next to my house (Main St&Teel) because this is the only Starbucks in this area that ACTUALLY MAKES THE DRINKS CORRECTLY. You can always taste the brown sugar swirl in your mouth with the Brown sugar oat milk drink at Main st everytime, it’s never shaken right. I always pay extra for salted caramel foam, and I get PISSED everytime I leave because Main St never makes it right and I can never get my money back. Foam there is always blended in and it’s gross. I’m not paying $8 for that bullshit. Not even just that drink, all their drinks at Main st compared to this location is just terribly made. My husband has to drive all the way here to FM 423 for his coffee fix bc people here make it right.
To the regional, district manager: give this location extra credit and a raise because people here makes the $8 coffee worth it.

We have not been in a Starbucks for a while, but had been to this location in the past. We had some time before meeting for an appointment, so we decided to stop. We were warmly greeted, we were able to get the chocolate chip cookies, plus something to drink, and there were plenty of chairs to sit in. My only wish would have been having the coffee table clean as there were crumbs along with what looked like nut pieces on the table. There is a severe nut allergy, so we had to be hyper vigilant to only put items on there if they were not actually touching the table. The associates were busy, but maybe they can occasionally check things like that. It is difficult with a tree nut allergy anyway, because people who don’t have allergies don’t think about those who do oftentimes. We chose to stay, with 2 Epi pens on hand, while we waited in the cool store versus the hot car for our meeting, that was definitely our choice. We do wish there was more attention to things like allergies, in the training, it would make it a bit less worrisome. Again, service and the overall experience was excellent. and the bathroom we chose was clean, and definitely ADA approved. They get kudos for clean bathrooms, as many Starbucks we have gone to have been disasters, this one was very clean. One of us needs a little help these days when using the facilities, and it’s so nice when you don’t have to have trouble already, plus navigate a disgusting bathroom on top of everything else. The bathroom was big enough for a person with an assistant, who is in a wheelchair, or other assistance aids, to navigate. The toilet paper, soap, and paper towels were stocked, again, not something you can take for granted. We would have no qualms about going back to this Starbucks. I will probably bring wipes in case there is residue from previous folks eating, but I will not hesitate to ask if the table could be cleaned. If we were spending more time there, I definitely would have. The location is good, although parking is a bit tight at some times in the day. There are placard spaces as well, right up front. There are some tables outside, but it isn’t a huge patio. A gentleman had a couple of well behaved dogs on leashes and they seemed to do fine sitting together out front. The coffee is Starbucks, like it or leave it, the passion tea lemonade was good, and the chocolate chip cookies were tasty. We were asked if we wanted them warmed, which we passed on this time, but they are even better warmed up.

I had ordered an Iced Espresso in a Venti Cup with light ice and Almond Milk.I used my rewards and reduced the price to $2.87.The lead Braista named Jessica stated “They ran out of Venti Cups” when they where orders in Venti Cups right in front of me thus I had to put my drink in a Grande cup.I believe she noticed the price and wasn’t pleased or was told by her management to do that. I called customer service to give my rewards back to me.It’s just a drink but did not appreciate how she lied to me.

Place is horrible. If I didn’t have a work meeting to dial into, I would take whatever this is back. 20 minutes in the drive thru for what looks like a burnt roll of paper towels. My iced coffee has only a splash of cream in it for a trenta. Had to add my own creamer. Starbucks, you need to get this place in order. It is light-years behind your other locations.

New update. After many months I figured I would try this place again. Nothing has changed. No very berry hibiscus, nitro machine not working, all out of breakfast sandwiches, and NO venti or trenta cups!?! Unbelievable.

Ordered a dark roast with cream in the drive thru. I took a sip when I got home and immediately spit it out. Best way to describe the taste was it tasted like vomit! Opened up the lid to see this! What is this? There was no sticker on the cup. I’m convinced it is something spoiled. Took it back and got a replacement which was not very good either but it didn’t taste of vomit. They said I probably received someone else’s order. Sorry but there’s no way someone ordered that. I should have just asked for refund. Now I feel sick to my stomach. After my last few negative experiences at Starbucks I don’t think I will be returning. The coffee is too expensive for the poor quality I have been receiving.
