I came to this Starbucks location for the first time and absolutely loved the service I received. Jailan was amazing! I had bought a drink at another location that I didn’t like, and he kindly helped me by preparing a different one based on a TikTok video I was watching. It turned out more than delicious!
He attended me with so much care, love, and professionalism. I truly felt special . something I had never experienced before at a Starbucks. I give him a 10 out of 10 (or even 1000 out of 10!). I’m beyond grateful. Thank you, Jailan! I will definitely be coming back ☕️

We stopped in for hot chocolate and a snack. Counter service was personable and attentive. My White Hot Chocolate was fantastic and served in a nice big mug. The warm banana bread and cinnamon cake were very good too. This was an excellent Starbucks visit, and it’s definitely a Starbucks we will visit again.

There was a vehicle who cut me off (almost hitting me) through the drive thru. This vehicle then decided to flip me off.
The vehicle gets up to the drive thru window telling your employees that she’s the one being harassed… The employees began to gossip about me with the driver that was flipping me off.. They then tell me when I get to the window that I’ll be asked to leave.
The employees had no right involving themselves in the issue. They did not see what had happened. They just assumed that the driver in front of me was telling them the truth.
I had three of your employees verbally attacking me through the drive thru window. I had to let them know that it is not their business and to give me my coffee so I can be on my way. But they chose to continue the confrontation with me by attacking my character and it escalated. The immaturity I experienced was out of hand.
One of your employees specifically the one with the pink hair was absolutely rude to me.
Please talk to your employees and inform them that if there is a situation outside of their restaurant that they did not see they have no right to assume sides and telling their customer they won’t be welcomed back there.
I was in shock to be treated this way this morning…completely unprofessional behavior.

This staff is excellent. I have an hour to spare once a week. I drop off my daughter at school early this one particular day and have an extra hour to spare before going to work. Starbucks has been my safe spot while I read for the hour and drink a nice coffee or tea. This staff is the sweetest not only to me but to every customer. Thank you Starbucks for being welcoming to a quiet mom like me to feel safe to read when I come in every week.

The workers were so nice. I just had a mobile pickup and was in and out but they greeted me, asked if i had everything i needed and even said goodbye. So simple but it’s very rare to come across these days. Wish the Starbucks near me were friendlier, sometimes i dont even get greeted. And btw i am comparing non-rush hour with non-rush hour. Immense difference in the atmosphere.

The baristas here are so nice & lovely! I unfortunately spilled my drink as I went to grab a straw. I had every intention of buying a new drink, but before I could say a word, one of the baristas asked what my order was again & whipped a new one up in no time. Thankful for their kindness because I was on the struggle bus that morning!!
