So get this, I was handed this and I asked “is this a pink drink?” The lady at the window looked at me and confirmed to my face that this drink I am holding IS in fact a PINK drink, and with the audacity to have “=)” written on the cup. I’ll let you guess how this tasted. I should have carefully driven over the drive thru curb after the first 2 minutes of my 20ish minute wait and skipped this stop.

The food and drinks are standard. I haven’t had a bad drink or bad food item from this location. I just wish Starbucks would include lactose free milk as a dairy choice. The inside is nice, and there’s a lot of seating. Only problem is the bathroom feels like it could be better tended to.

So today they had some sort of error that didn’t allow them to start on time and unfortunately they decided to not post any signage not even a piece of printer paper or something that could let customer know that they were closed and not going to open on time this did cause a bit of a security issue when I was in the drive-through line where I had a lady get out of her car and ultimately start getting upset at me because I wasn’t going to get out of my car to tell the person behind me to back up and at that point we had additional people driving into the drive-thru it’s an enclosed drive-thru so it’s not necessarily easy to get out without damaging your vehicle so just having something as simple as a piece of printer paper with the sign saying clothes taped to the drive-thru window or up at the front or even being on the intercom to let people know you’re not open 2 hours after you’re supposed to be anything like that would have helped that situation that way I wouldn’t have felt the need to essentially get into a defensive stance with people approaching my car and asking me to move and asking you know other people to be able to get out of the way. And then I was told there was nothing they were able to do because they just got here but they’re obviously been there a while setting up so anyone can get a piece of paper right out on the window

This location is very centrally located around a lot of other restaurants and businesses. The service was great. I did an online order through the app to see how long it would take. And it was very fast, the staff was nice and greeted me when i entered and left. The restroom was clean, and the store was clean as well. Tables, floors, and everything was very nice. I enjoyed it. I look forward to coming back.

Nice clean Starbucks with plenty of comfortable seating. It seems bigger than most. Lots of areas to work on a laptop or just to have a quiet comfortable place to read or just sit. Cashier was helpful when ordering and my drink came out quickly even though they were pretty busy.

I went to Starbucks this morning around 5:40am. I got a sandwich and hot chai. Unfortunately the sandwich was greasy- which I’m not sure why and my drink tasted like a thick, warm chemical drink. It was awful. I didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed due to going to work but I’m so disappointed- especially with the cost. I’ll be sticking with my local community coffee shops for now on.

Ordered online and accidentally chose the Starbucks on Main St, since I was clicking between the two locations when ordering for drive thru pickup. Waited 15min in line and once I got to the window was told I’d have to go to the other Starbucks to get it. Mind you I was early to work and decided to get coffee. Showed them I made the online order but was told I’d have to go to the other location and pick it up. Since I already wasted 15min in the drive thru I couldn’t go to the other location to get my drink. I have made this mistake once before closer to home and the other Starbucks honored the order for me a while back. I called the Main St Starbucks to get a refund because of my mistake and they told me they should be able to honor my order by showing them I had placed it but let the lady I spoke to know that I was told to go to them but I couldn’t since I wouldn’t have time to go anymore. At least she apologized and told me they’d refund me and give me a free drink on them for the inconvenience.

5-star Review of Starbucks: I recently visited this particular Starbucks location, having been to many others before. This one stood out! The ambiance was spotless, with cozy seating arrangements and swift, friendly service. Those needing to charge devices will appreciate the abundance of outlets. However, it’s clear this spot is a favorite for many; during my visit, every patron seemed engrossed in their work, giving it an office-like vibe. Highly recommend!

I visit many Starbucks/coffee shops to do homework and this location was overall great! AD, who I found out is the manger is so hard working and a great leader! OMG, the bathrooms were clean and smelled awesome!!
