This Starbucks is probably the best one that I’ve been to consistently in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The baristas are always patient and listen to your full order. And have no problem making suggestions. They are also number one in my book Because they are super fast. When they were given out the holiday cup , they had a long line yet I never seen a drive through line move so fast. They must have been tired and frustrated at times but they did the dang thang. I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks especially when I’m trying a new drink because I know I will get great quality service here. So thank you Baristas and Baristos for all your hard work! ❤️

Just stopped by after a full remodel of the store. What a BIG miss! This is no longer a coffee shop, it’s now an order out only stop. Gone are the cozy corners, easy interactions with staff, outside tables where soccer players would gather . Not even any marketing pictures to tempt your order preferences.

Manger came outside while I was having a cigarette in the parking lot not the sidewalk not their chairs and told me to leave. No signs that say I’m not allowed to smoke a cigarette in the parking lot. They must be that bored. Put a sign up and I’d abide by it.

I just visited this location (drive-thru) and the customer service was awful. We ordered a light roast coffee with some milk and sugar packet on the side. They messed it up and added the sugar (didn’t ask what type I wanted). So the coffee was too sweet. My daughter wanted to try one of the new teas and ordered it. She didn’t like it. So we pulled over to get our drinks fixed. Let me start by saying that I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and I know they will “always make your order right.” That’s why drinks are so expensive.

I could tell the young girl who helped us wasn’t thrilled about it. No “sorry about that.” Fine, whatever. They made the drinks. She brought my coffee (no sleeve this time) and the sugar, again didn’t ask which kind I wanted. I got the wrong one so asked for the one I wanted (sugar in the raw). No response. I’m standing there awkwardly until the girl returns with the sugar. No “thanks”. No “have a good day”. Ok, still not worth my time.

I leave with my daughter. Then I come back to get a stir stick from the self-serve station. I walk into them gossiping about us as if it’s such a big deal that we asked to get our drinks fixed. Not only is that wildly inappropriate/unprofessional, it confirmed my feelings when we had the interaction before. She was unhappy to have to fix our order. My suggestion to this young lady: find another industry, customers service isn’t for you.

Horrible service from the girl at the window I ordered over $30 worth of drinks for my daughter’s school, and I simply asked the girl at the window if she was able to write the names of the teachers on each of the drinks and she looked at me as if I was inconveniencing her. I said if it’s easier, can you just write it on the lid then and she looked at me and said no we’re not allowed to and just handed me my drinks And told me I can just read the label to see what drink was what. I wish I could get my money back and my tip.

Visited here an early, busy Saturday morning, and the baristas were rushing around trying to keep up with orders. Somehow my breakfast order got missed, and I waited thinking it would turn up eventually. Having worked in fast food service before, I understand sometimes an order gets missed or ends up taking a little long.

I went up to the cashier (Gary) after his line had disappeared, and I asked if my tomatillo wrap was still cooking. He apologized profusely that my order fell thru the cracks and not only personally oversaw my order, but he also included a cute little Octopus cookie.

He brought both around to the front of the counter to hand them to me and apologize again. He was very sweet and is a great asset to his team!

Everytime I come you always make my drink perfectly! I have never had to wait for more than a minute or two and the baristas are always smiling when they give me my drink. Thank you for being awesome! Thank you for being the best Starbucks in the metroplex! 🙂

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks. Ordered a tall hot drink and a bakery item. By the time I got the bakery item the drink was cold. And no word of apology or explanation. Don’t waste your time.
