I stopped on my way home from the pet hospital after a scare with my dog on Thanksgiving. The gentleman that was on the drive through was so nice and we chatted a little bit before I put in my order, but he had no idea what I was going through. When I got up to the window he gave me my order and said “Don’t worry. It’s on us because you are so sweet”. He literally hand-drew a dog on the pup cup. Totally made our daw. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working the drive through on Thanksgiving at around 1:45 PM. He needs a raise!!

I had the worst experience here. Normally I love Starbucks it this one lacked the customer service I’m used to. From the incentive asking of is that all , is that all is that all ? It became a problem. Each time I wanted to add to the order, I was asked again. What else did I want? This is so inconsiderate and it’s and it’s annoying. Once I received my order, it was wrong multiple times. Nothing written on the cups, and the drinks tasted like water.

We ordered 5 drinks and they did not get them correctly! Had to remake and STILL WRONG! Maybe bc it was NEW YEARS, and they had to work ,and I’m sorry about that ..I’m not sure what the issue was,but we paid for those drinks so they should have been good! And they were gross.

I drove thru and ordered a brown sugar oat milk cortado. I don’t know what they gave me but it was horrible! Tasted just like frothed oatmilk. Terrible! As it was a drive thru, and I tasted it after I drove away it was like I had just thrown my money out the window. Definitely taste your drink before you leave this place. What you pay for may not be what you get.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Venti drink, and I barely got 7-8 sips before it was finished. The cup was filled with 3/4 ice, which left me feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I hope the store can address this issue and ensure that customers receive a fair amount of their drink.

Taste is there. I had a great experience my first time there but the second time my coworker pointed out that my drink was mostly whipped cream, i want what i paid for. That’s annoying. Also I would suggest not leaving hot food leaning on cold drinks. It melts and the hot meal, isn’t so hot anymore.
Update: Also, I forgot to mention, in these photos, I haven’t had a sip. The dark melted coffee at the bottom is all they gave me. Above that is all whipped cream.
