The employees were great we had never been to Starbucks. They helped up order our hot coco with sweet vanilla cream it was delicious. The cookie and brownie was amazing. It was our anniversary the staff went above and beyond to make it special experience for us.

I’ve never left a review before, but I feel compelled to write one for this Starbucks.
We’ve been waiting for a Starbucks to come to Seminole for years, as we usually drive to Shawnee for coffee.
My family has ordered from this location 20–30 times before writing this review, because I understand it just opened and new employees need time to be trained and get comfortable. The employees are very sweet and kind, but whoever is training or managing them doesn’t seem to know how to make the drinks properly.
I completely understood the mistakes the first few times, but it seems to happen every time we visit. It’s understandable if you’re just opening, but for the drinks to be consistently wrong or taste off—and for us to have to send them back—it’s hard to justify. Even when we’ve asked for the drinks to be remade, they still come out wrong. We haven’t been able to get a drink made correctly, the way we ordered it.
The picture I’ve attached is of an Americano, but it’s so watered down it hardly tastes like coffee.
If you’re traveling along Highway 9 or I-40, I recommend going to the Shawnee Starbucks instead. Our family spends a lot on Starbucks each month, but it’s worth it to drive to Shawnee for a good cup of coffee.
Of course, stars are always subjective and just our opinion. I’m sure this store brings jobs to Seminole, and some people might like watered-down coffee. But if you’re passing through and consider yourself a coffee connoisseur, you may want to stop at the Shawnee or Ada store instead.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the first time me and my husband went here we went inside one of the workers “ made up “her own cookie crumble recipe… her coworker maybe the manager whoever it was told the girl that she made it wrong they gave it to us and it was straight chocolate and horrible! We was so excited to try out the new Starbucks to end up wasting a whole large cookie crumble because she didn’t wanna follow the recipe

I have been her twice now and both times I was disappointed I ask for and paid for extra shots of espresso, they forgot to put it in my Frappa the 1st time.i ask for no cool whip and my cup was half full…. Stella Nova is where I will spend my $$$ for my specialty coffee ☕️ Plenty of parking. Kinda dangerous coming out of drive thru with braums traffic coming out also. They may need to put of stop signs since some people do not know how to be careful and stop and look.
