Loved our barista! He was nice, friendly and energetic! My coffee was superb. He liked my Grateful Dead shirt and wrote “Dead Head” he called everyone friend. Keep that guy! It’s so hard to find good customer service!

I am writing this as both a former Starbucks barista and a regular customer. I will no longer be visiting this location due to the continued decline in service and drink quality.
This store used to be great from 2019 to 2022, but something has clearly changed. The baristas have become consistently rude and unhelpful. I have experienced attitude, the drive-thru window being shut abruptly, refusal to help with simple questions, and staff openly speaking negatively about management and coworkers in front of customers.
This is an ongoing issue that needs to be taken seriously by management. I do not recommend this location. The drinks are inconsistent, the service is poor, and it is not worth the frustration. If you want better quality and respectful service, the Starbucks on Aspen and Kenosha is a much better option.

My family and I went through the drive through expecting to have a nice experience and get our drinks. Instead we were greeted by a monotone, unenthusiastic voice. I’ve worked at Starbucks myself in the past and I know that no matter how overwhelmed you are your customer service should still be on point. I didnt feel valued at all, and at the window we weren’t greeted at all, we just paid got our food and left, I was the one saying hello, thank you, and goodbye. They didn’t even offer us straws.
This is my home Starbucks so it was so weird to see that this is the service they put out on a Sunday.

This Starbucks used to be really quick and polite. My daughter and I ordered two drinks and arrived about five minutes after the app said they would be ready, which they were not ready. 7 people were working and three of them said welcome in, but not one of them asked if they could help us. After receiving one drink, I had to literally wave one of the staff members down for our other drink, which was just sitting in the back, no apologies, no nothing. Customer service is GONE with this new generation.

(Drive thru) This used to be a great Starbucks. Used to go here all the time and leave satisfied. Now when I go, I always have to have my drink remade more than once. It’s very frustrating when the baraistas won’t listen to the order and end up just ruining the drink and my poor morning. I’m sorry to say but the morning staff do not do a good job. Today I ordered a Tall double chocolate chip frappe, extra whipp, very light drizzle. Ended up with a Grande mocha cookie crumble. Extra whip, drizzle, and crumble. Charged extra for it too. I asked to have it remade because I can’t do a lot of drizzle, its difficult to swallow. It did get remade. The exact same with no drizzle. Same drink, no drizzle. I asked again for it to be remade and they finally understood that I never even ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble. It didn’t end up getting remade, just the whipp was redone. I dont know why this Starbucks specifically has been slacking but it’s been so much more bad than good I’d rather go out of my way to a better Starbucks.

Not a good experience at this location. They have trouble doing a basic request of oat milk instead of cows milk. Also $9 for a basic hot coffee, nothing special? and is it just me, or is this quite small for a size grande? And of course it’s not filled to the top.

I just love the staff. I go there a lot every time I go inside to pick up my mobile order, they always greet me by name, and I just love that! All the staff are great!

The Veterans Day free coffee is very limited and only for basic coffee. We waited in line behind one car for 15 minutes to find that out while the Barista chatted with the customer. When I complained about how long we waited no concessions were made. Very poor customer service. This is the Starbucks on Lynn Lane in Broken Arrow.

Took the lid off my drink to add an ice cube.
I found a fly floating at the top of my coffee.
Pretty grossed out and cost 7 dollars.

Had a terrible experience today. We came through the drive through and ordered a grande caramel latte with a double shot and venti caramel frappacino. The guy at the window was not very nice at all and got our order wrong. He wouldn’t even look at us when we told him and just shut the window on us. Some girl came next and corrected the order and told us because of the wait and trouble, she would refund our card. We paid with a gift card that was given to the guy but never returned back to me, so I had to go back in and explain that even though I was appreciative that she refunded me, I needed the gift card back or it wouldn’t matter. When I walked in to explain, she was also not very nice. Latte was good but Frapp was so watered down, it tasted terrible. Not sure if it was an off day, but the experience was so bad that I won’t go back to that location again.
