I go for the occasional coffee. A simple large coffee. My coffee order is placed with the app. The order usually has my wife’s drink and we’ll share a coffee cake.
The complexity of my pikes peak always makes my drink arrive 5 or so minutes after the other two elements. The cup is visible under the coffee urn. They are looking out for me, in their wisdom, and letting that hot coffee rest and cool.

Took our niece before she has to be at school by 7:45-8 & the drive-thru was packed— however, we literally weren’t even there for even 5 minutes! Our drinks are great, the service was awesome too. I’d recommend this location to anyone who’s in a hurry & prefers the drive-thru!

They messed up on my drink, they forgot the caramel and add so much espresso/ coffee that it was so bitter and nasty, I called to complain and they said I could get my drink remade, this time they made it prefect. So great customer service! But this is my 2 time in 2 weeks getting my order wrong, so they’re probably training people here

I have been to no less than 50 Starbucks across the country. This location consistently makes the worst drinks I’ve ever had. It doesn’t matter what you order…it’s always the worst iteration of that specific drink. Not much of a negative poster, but I think that management should know that the standards at this specific location are low and the drinks wildly inconsistent.

I ordered breakfast through doordash this morning…. If all I had wanted was bread, I’d have gone to my kitchen. ( I ordered it with no egg so that part was right.

Thanks I did reach out to doordash. I just wanted to make sure everyone else knew this was the quality to expect from food at your store. Also I don’t like your reply, that’s like asking to fill the wiper fluid if I have a flat tire. They only delivered what y’all made get it together.

If you have an ALLERGY do NOT come to this location. They will not only disregarded it, they will tell you that you ordered wrong! They will re make it but act like you’re robbing them. I will go out of my way to go to any other location before I give this one a try again. The attitude of them people is WILD!

I try and avoid this Starbucks and use Muskogee as often as I can because of the customer service at this location. This AM took the cake.

My husband and I rarely escape the teenagers on Sunday mornings and ventured out extra early to get ourselves a treat. We’ve both been independently to this location but never together since moving to BA 10 months ago.

This morning my husband ordered his “basic girl” white chocolate mocha. I however prefer a much deeper flavor of coffee and ordered a Grande Nitro Cold Brew. I’m very particular and order it as follows, “Grande Nitro Cold Brew with a splash of heavy whipping cream, 4 shots of sugar free vanilla, and 5 Splenda.”

As we pull up, Felicia approached the window moments later, as she hands my husband his coffee I say, “wow” as she just says, “here!” Then comes my drink which for obvious reasons I scorn at because I and my husband can already tell it’s wrong. My husband is a very passive person and doesn’t like to ruffle feathers. He will never have food or drinks taken back. I rarely do. But, this time he says, “excuse me, did you put heavy whipping cream in here?” She gives him the most God awful look. I went to hand it back to him. (passenger princess here) and she says, “I’m not taking it back-you can have a cup of heavy whip to add. I under my mom ball cap rolled my eyes in opposite direction of her.

She then proceeds to allow us to in the driveway to concoct our OWN coffee watching me spill it all over my lap and my favorite white t-shirt before then handing him another Trenta cup to add to my now 3 cups! Not even offering napkins.

So, for 3 minutes we sat in parking lot searching the car for napkins to clean me up before we went about our plans with now an embarrassing coffee stain on my clothes.

We had full intent to get our Starbucks points to but that went out the window.

I’m sorry Starbucks of BA but yall need do better!

Update: we drove into Tulsa and stopped at 81st and Mingo and the wonderful crew there were respectfully understanding with my upset and allowed me to add some Splenda to my coffee and stir it inside.

Ordered a small iced coffee with half and half (latte), drank it in the store, went for a refill and was denied. I was told latte wasn’t included. I asked for just a straight ice coffee without the cream (black) and was still denied. False advertising at its best.
