Don’t know about anyone else but paying 7$ to get gas station quality hot coffee has gotten old. 3 times in a row means I go back to the Outpost and will never make the mistake of spending another dollar at this tired franchise

Welcoming as always. Was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door… The way the staff member was able to greet me , while helping another customer was perfect….I love the layout, this location is very open almost like a barn .. I’m sure that wasn’t on accident. Good job everyone

Hello, I have been a loyal fan to the medicine ball a.k.a. honey citrus, mint tea for many many years. I used to be a Starbucks partner, and it was my favorite drink to make and offer to customers! My favorite part was always adding extra honey so whenever I went to go get my medicine ball this morning, which is now a treat for me and I really only get when I am sick. I asked the man for extra honey packet because I have a sore throat and he proceeded to get a really mean tone with me and say there is no honey packets there’s honey syrup there’s never been honey packets and I said actually there you used to be made with honey packets but if you change the recipe, that’s OK like there’s no reason to be rude to someone especially at 8:44 in the morning Get some manners and be professional especially if you’re gonna be the person in the drive-through. It’s around 8:44 in the morning on today he has brown hair and he’s young and he’s rude as hell and I probably will not be coming back anymore for my medicine ball because I’m not dealing with attitude like that like he’s really lucky. Edited to add: the customer service has definitely gotten worse, I feel like, since they got the credit card machines for the drive through. I know that’s a corporate decision, but I’m not going to tip someone for handing me a drink. Especially when they can’t tear themselves away from a conversation with a co-worker and not bother to look at the customer.
For the most part they are quick and typically very friendly. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss with different staff as I have waited in the drive thru the same amount of time as 2 cars versus 6.
