Only Buckies in this town! Building planner was smoking something wacky when they designed it. Drive-through is a pain to navigate with a sharp turn and narrow path. Plus it blocks half the parking area, so if you park there and they get busy, you’ll get trapped in. Inconsistencies in the same two drinks where one was dark halfway up and the other appeared just milk and cream. Girl that took my order was chill and nice. Just seemed like staff was overwhelmed. Think there were 6-7 employees working. My city gets way more people in their Buckies and there’s only 2-3. I will just stick to Folgers. $18 for two drinks isn’t worth the headache anymore…

I just went to this location in a town I had never been to before, and the server was incredibly rude and demeaning. They made a comment about us not stopping at the right place in the drive thru and made us drive around the building when we were the only people there. Then they gave us our drinks and did not give us our cheese tray. The server walked away and locked the window as we asked for our cheese tray. We had to honk and the server came back and made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience to get the cheese tray we paid for. I have never experienced service like this at a store before. I am dissapointed.

We ordered in the drive through. I was with some out of town family. I ordered a salted caramel venti iced latte.The drink was so salty; like OMG salty. I had my cousin try it and she thought it tasted like a coffee flavored Gatorade. We had stopped by Starbucks on the way back to there hotel before I left to go back home. If I was familiar with that area or lived closer u would have taken it back to have it redone. I am a diehard Starbucks fan but whoever made that drink needs to work on their portions. Maybe they used pickling salt or rock salt. I don’t know it was nasty. I dumped half down a sink and tried to correct it but never could get it to taste decent.

Nice and clean like almost all the Starbucks I have visited. This one is fairly large inside. Most people use the drive thru. I like to go inside. Bathrooms were very clean. The staff are very nice. Lots of outdoor seating too.

Over all my experience with Starbucks was not bad. I have no complaints about the food, service, or atmosphere. However, my biggest complaint is the lack of filling up the cups. This is the 5th time I have been to this Starbucks and it has not been filled. In the picture I did not take a sip of this drink. I waited till I got to work so I could measure it. I got a Grande (which is 16 oz, which is 2 cups) iced quad Espresso. When I measured it (with the ice) it was 1 1/2 cups (if that). I have given this Starbucks so many chances. I was thinking maybe it was just a certain person or maybe they just were in a rush. This is the last time I will be going to this Starbucks in this town. This was also thru the drive thru.

Was staying at the hotel down the block and we all know hotel coffee just…. doesn’t
So I walked up here to get an Iced Mocha and a Cake Pop.. They were SUPER busy with drive-thru and mobile orders; Everybody was hustling and a couple of the girls kept apologizing for my wait(which was like, barely 5 minutes lol) but they were so sweet about it and very conscious they had a customer waiting. When the gal who was handing me my order realized I’d walked over she immediately offered me a large ice water on the house remarking how hot it was this early in the day… Just a great interaction start to finish with the highest level of customer service while also being friendly and casual. Big shout-out to the Sunday morning crew ❤️☕

Quite upset about my experience today, I understand when supplies runs out it whatever. But using a Dixie lid on Starbucks cups that’s unstable at least gives customers warnings. Going thru the drive thru just got my drink then the lid pops off and this hot drink spills on my hand, leg and car. Told the lady these lids aren’t stable she just says yeah it’s not meant for these cups do you want more napkins? I absolutely enjoy wasting part of my drink that I spent $7 onto my body and my car early morning before work.
