I really do like this location and have never had a problem until today. I had accidentally placed an order for pickup when I meant to do it for delivery, which I get was my fault. However, I immediately called the place to see if I could get the payment voided on the pickup order and just replace the exact order for delivery. I didn’t need the order to be remade, and I really wouldn’t have cared if it arrived cold rather than warm.

When I mentioned doing the delivery through the app, which is powered through DoorDash, I was told, “No, we don’t do DoorDash.” I explained to the employee helping me that the app did say it was powered through DoorDash, but they still stuck with the answer that they didn’t do DoorDash.

Since there is no way for me to cancel it through the app and I wasn’t able to cancel it over the phone, there was literally no way for me to get my money back. I also couldn’t pick up the order because I currently don’t have my car available, so I just wasted about $30 on five items I couldn’t pick up. I don’t get it. It just sucks that this place wasn’t able to accommodate or assist me in the way I needed.

Whoever they had working the drive thru was incredibly rude. Didn’t get our order right as we ordered it and then acted disgruntled when we said we ordered the drink iced. Did not feel welcomed.

This location is so convenient and probably why it’s always so busy. Expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes at the drive thru. Life hack just mobile order and pick it up inside.

Terrible service. Try to avoid this location as much as possible. The ladies that work on Sunday mornings are particularly super rude and act very annoyed when you don’t know your order; treat you like you’re dumb (and I’m an attorney). They should be replaced so service can be better again.

Service was slow so I didn’t tip on a $6 order. That was as a mistake – after waiting in the window for several minutes I got a cup full of ice with a dash of what I highly suspect was decaf cold brew (I wear a biometric watch and track my heart rate before and after.)
