Whoever they had working the drive through tonight 9/29/25 – made my night and he didn’t even know it.
Today was my birthday and everything had been going wrong. The orchard we were going to pick fruit from had closed and we only found out after an hour drive, the restaurant we had been planning to go to was closed but only today for some reason, so I went to get a coffee for my birthday but the reward didn’t show up in the app like it had done every year the past 5 or so years. He scanned my phone and it didn’t give the birthday reward, I was so bummed. He was still cheerful and checked my ID instead, saw it was my birthday and gave me the coffee anyways. It was the only thing that had gone right for me and turned my whole day around. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you.

I come to this Starbucks every single day, & a huge reason I keep coming back is because of the amazing baristas here. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, & hardworking, & they truly make this location such a great place to visit!!!
I especially want to give a shoutout to Tyler, Billy, & Matthew, who always go above & beyond to make every visit feel personal! They’re incredibly kind, attentive, & genuinely make an effort to make me feel cared for and special every time I walk in. They make my day everyday!

Great place to chill. With WiFi available, I was able to get a lot of work done while visiting. Restaurant area and bathrooms are clean, and the location is easy in, easy out.

There was a baby roach in my drink today , I didn’t get any apologies nothing , I was just given another drink which was poorly made . I know it was the end of their shift but this is unacceptable! I didn’t give a 1 star because this is the first time this happens at this location . But I’m not coming back !

I really like this location. They never seem to be too busy, so I’m able to get my drinks fairly fast. My drink was made correctly. My only complaint is that I was given a hot latte with no sleeve and I had to ask for one. It seemed odd because it’s a hot drink, and I thought sleeves were standard for lattes.

My first time in I came inside to get some pictures and order their holiday peppermint mocha. They were out of peppermint and offered me a chestnut praline mocha instead. It was okay, it still was a mocha but I didn’t know what flavor I was supposed to be looking for to get chestnut praline. Maybe something nutty?
Second time I came I placed a mobile order with fingers crossed for my peppermint mocha. I got it this time! Additionally I got a bakery item and it was warm and yummy. When I want Starbucks I’ll come here, but I usually don’t drink coffee unless I’ve got a gift card.
Looks like a nice sunny study spot. Staff seemed very knowledgeable already. Drive through seemed quick already.

I ordered a strawberry shortcake Frappuccino online and the women working didn’t know how to make it. I waited over 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they still weren’t trying to make it, so I asked to get my money back. Due to them not trying to make mine and working on other orders!

This is the third time I have ordered chai tea and added pumpkin sauce for 80 cents. Unfortunately, this is the third time they haven’t added it. How hard is it to get it right. I didn’t have time to circle back because I’ve always been pressed for time. Please start double checking the orders you are making. Im tired of tipping for inadequate service.
