We drove thru this morning and got drinks and breakfast here. We ordered the iced pumpkin cream chai, water, bacon Gouda sandwich and bacon egg bites. All were delicious. The gentleman running the drive thru this morning was such a wonderful example of what great customer service is. We get Starbucks pretty often but an Employee like him deserves to be recognized for giving us a welcoming experience. Thankful for this location.

I love this location so much. The baristas go above and beyond every time I bring my grandma in for a visit. They go out of their way to help me be able to focus spending time on her rather than stressing over the orders. Every time we have visited, they make both of us feel so welcome and comfortable. I have been in this location before, and it was not even the same as today! From the minute I walked in I felt so welcomed and the very sweet, wonderful lady that took my order was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She wished me a happy birthday and told me She hopes I have a wonderful day today! They even wrote happy birthday on my cup! All of the employees were friendly with me, friendly with each other. This pumpkin spice Frappuccino has to be the VERY BEST I’ve EVER had from a Starbucks, including this location!!! I don’t know who is in charge of the hiring, but you have did yourself!

Dirty store, but that’s only half of it in that they couldn’t get an iced coffee out in less than 30min. Been to a million Starbucks, never written reviews before, they are what they are. But this store takes the cake. Mobile orders kept coming in and bumping dine-in orders down the list. This staff was either unprepared or understaffed, it looked like both.
