We love the location right off I-40 and the new extended hours 4:30 am to 10 pm daily.
On another note, I saw a comment below about service was slow. It’s never slow to us and we are always here. Just wondering if people ever think about them hiring new people? They hire new people all the time. I know it takes a whole to learn how to make all the different drinks and learn their software system. Take it from a regular you won’t be disappointed in this location and if you are, they will make it right.
I love Arkansas!
Food: …
Warning! This is my Starbucks. I love it here. Complaining publicly is something I avoid.
I am a writer and I work here every Saturday morning. The staff is trying hard to create a “Coffeeshop” atmosphere that the company seems to be working for.
Today, I ordered my usual “drink in store” coffee and asked that it be in a to-go cup. I have done this regularly for about 10 consecutive Saturdays.
I can’t work fast enough to finish my coffee in the ceramic mug before it gets cold. When I asked for a refill, I was told that since I hadn’t used the in-store mug, I wasn’t entitled to a refill.
I am all-in for rules that make sense. This one does not.
I rarely complain about service or “rules,” but I find it hard to understand a rule like this for a company trying to create a “coffeeshop” atmosphere.
I am posting this for the benefit of those who may prefer the paper cup over the ceramic cup.
Thanks to all the staff who have made my previous Saturday mornings so pleasant.
