20241004 The baristas are so friendly here. I was hoping to find a leftover Been There mug, and there is none in this area and in Little Rock and Hot Springs. I had to settle for the new Discovery mug.

I’m not sure if Via Instant iced coffee mix is considered food, but I’ve tried and tried to get the coffee mix here for months. You never have it. I’ve been drinking this for years and not to be able to get it is so irritating. The employees are great each week when I stop by and they say sorry we don’t have any. Bless them for trying to help,

The Starbucks on Promenad seems to get my iced grande non-fat latte incorrect almost always. It seems like they either dont put the 2 full shots of espresso in it…or…they are adding way too much milk. I can never taste the coffee flavor. So now only go to the one on Pleasant Grove as they get it right all the time. Love my Starbucks coffee!

Overall a friendly atmosphere and obviously good coffee. I do miss the days we could sit inside and vibe. Still a great location if you’re playing Pokémon. The cookies are actually my favorite and I always get a Birthday Cake Pop on August 31st.

Came to purchase my cold brew before I started my shopping, I ordered a grande cold brew with no ice, but when I got my drink it was half empty. I asked why it was half empty and The W lady had the audacity to say since I did not order any ice then she could only fill the cup half way. I have never had this issue in other Starbucks before! Worst customer service ever!! Never ordering my drinks here again!!

My only complaint is that the Starbucks employees at Target locations deserve to get a tip. I don’t know what agreement was made between Target and Starbucks, but those baristas work hard, and are deserving of it, especially during this Shutdown period.

A little disappointed. Went to get a coffee on my way out of Target and was told they were closed. Meanwhile, the lobby was full of kids. One was vaping in front of everyone, which I also found unprofessional.
When I went to the car to search nearest Starbucks, the location I was at appeared and said they didn’t close until 9pm. It was 8:40 when we entered the store area.
So, hopefully the next time I’m in, they’ll be open!
