So first off I don’t know if me and my wife came in a little late, it was around 8 pm when we walked in but absolutely loved how there wasn’t hip hop music blasting in my ears like a night club. I don’t mean to sound like a boomer but I don’t want to hear loud club music while I’m trying to read or study just something mellow and that’s what this store had. We go up to order, and we both get a tea. My wife gets her first and I think they forgot about me which is fine I went up asked where my tea is and then a nice barista named Brayden sorry if I didn’t spell his name right but he was so nice and upgraded me to a venti. I got my tea and we both wanted a slice of banana bread, I go up and he gave me a slice for free from the tea situation which was super nice. Honestly the whole staff was the nicest Starbucks baristas I have ever met 10/10 experience will be coming back

Lovely staff. I do wish they would not make the lights on the ceiling that point at the wall so bright. Also, the baristas always slam the metal lid on the ice bin extremely loud the entire time I’m there. It happens at almost every location. I have tried to find a calmer location. It does not seem to exist.

Nice building, busy and crowded area. Unfortunately iced shaken espresso at this location was one of the more disappointing ones I’ve had made. The balance was off and it looked rushed. In fact, I placed a mobile order, and it was ready far sooner than it should have been. So I wasn’t really surprised.

Personal experience: This starbucks is one of my least favorite places to go to. I like Starbucks. My wife & I often go to the one on College Ave next to the Walgreens – that one always tasted amazing. This specific SB makes the drinks really watery, and too much ice – and doesn’t really follow the specific instructions made from the app (eg: Extra topping or light ice, etc). Just not my go-to SB location. YMMV.

Staff is not friendly at all, 1st time I go by myself usually my girls get me my drinks and unfortunately the day my husband and I decided to go in for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon cake we don’t even get asked if he could help us? Not even acknowledge we were there he kept talking to his co-worker! 1st I thought he was helping someone in the drive thru but kid you not we stood in front of him and never got acknowledged until I told my husband let’s go and my husband asked him if they were closing and the guy said no we close @8 and He said “I was letting you decide what you wanted to order” REALLY he never said anything or say Let me know when you’re ready to order? Or is there anything I can help you with? Nothing! Poor Service 1st and last time! BAD BAD Experience

I go here every morning. But today I noticed this layer of curdled milk at the bottom of my cup. I dumped out the coffee and sure enough it was all curdled in the bottom. Luckily, Starbucks customer service gave me my money back.
